-Luna pov-

I sit there looking at the unconscious body of Grey stitches lined his torso. I gripped my Naginata till my knuckles turned white. I turn towards Aurora and put the blade to her throat. "Who are you?" I asked her and she smirks. "I would put that toy down Luna. I answer directly to Grey's parents." She says glaring down at me. I put my Naginata down and glare right back at her "So where are they? Do they know what he has been through? What went through their minds to leave their only son in the hands of people they THOUGHT they knew?!" I questioned her and she sighed. "I cannot tell you where they are cause even I don't know. I honestly believe they know but only to a certain extent. They had learned of something...something big and they were seen as yokai's most wanted, they didn't want Grey growing up like that." She said and I growl and turn to look at Grey's unconscious form. "Okay...that's an acceptable answer." I say and sigh. "I must get stronger to help him along his journey." I say and Aurora smirked. "Go on then. I'll cover for you at school." She said and I smiled at her. "Thanks." Is all i say before turning to walk away. "Just know...if you show up and I'm pregnant it's his." She says and i look at her. "He's like a brother to me." I say and she nods. "I'm just saying as a future sister-in-law." She laughed out and I smiled. "Take care of him for me please." I tell her and she mock salutes. I then leave among my journey to hone my skills and to get stronger.

-timeskip-

I was twirling my naginata around to improve my speed, but I rolled out of the way of a fire ball. "I love it when the pretty ones fight back." A voice said and I turned to face them to see a beautiful woman, blonde hair, outfit left little to imagination, but what drew me in the most was the 9 yellow fox tails swaying behind her. "You're a kitsune!" I yelled in shock. "Yes I am...I'm surprised you know of us since we were basically wiped off the face of the supernatural earth." She says leaning down and boobs jiggled slightly causing me to blush. "M-my brother is kitsune, he has 7 tails right now." I say a bit timidly. She just hummed in thought. "So you are telling me there were survivors from The Fox Hunt?" She asked and I nod hands switching to a defensive stance. She folds her tails to look like one huge tail and snuffs her fire. "Where is he now?" She asked "Right here!" I hear Grey yell. We look up to see Grey launching fireballs at the woman, she jumps back as Grey landed and turned to me. "What the fuck fam?" He asked a bit irritated. "I need to get stronger." I say back "For what?" He asked looking into my eyes. "Do you know how hard it was for me to see you like that? All that time in the past being around a frail you, then I see you now Strong willed and happy, then due to my weakness you have that gash across your stomach." I say and he looks down. "We still don't know what the absolute hell that thing was. It also isn't your fault for my injuries, we both were too weak to fight against it." He says and I smile. "Thanks Foxy you always know what to say. But I must do this if I am to be your right hand woman." I say and he smiles sadly, and takes off his necklace, he looks at it longingly, then puts it on my neck. "This is a mark if you are ever in trouble or want to return it will lead you to me and I to you. I want it back so don't go dying on me." He says looking into my eyes with mock seriousness. I smile and nod he turns to the blonde lady. "Hey. I know we got off on the wrong foot, but from one fox to another can you look after her? If you accept just know she's more trouble than she's worth." He said and I elbow his side hard and he grimaces. "My name is Yasaka and I would gladly go with this beautiful woman." She says and I blush. "Yeah yeah just don't hurt her and keep her safe for me. Later..." he says walking away with his right hand in a lazy wave. "Grey!" I yell out and he stops. "You stay safe! But if you knock up any girls I'll kill you and them!" I yell and he doesn't respond but waves and disappears into the brush. "Well my little Hime let's get a move on." She said clapping her hands together causing me to blush. We started walking off together and I turned one last time to look where Grey disappeared to.

-Grey pov-

As I walked away from them I looked down in sadness. 'She'll be fine my Kit.' The one I call Da Ji spoke. 'I know but what if the power I gave her wasn't enough?'I asked 'Well no need to worry little fox I have a feeling she'll be just fine.' The unnamed voice said and I nod. "Be safe Luna...I hope you girls can forgive me for what i am about to do..." i spoke to myself as a tear slid down my cheek...

-Well I guess the two friends have gone their seperate ways. What will happen to Yasaka and Luna? Where is Kunou? What did Grey mean by forgiving him? How did Grey slip past Aurora? Well I guess we'll find out.-

P.s. Grey gave Luna two tails worth of power. Now as long as she has the necklace it automatically buffs her power. Grey's power has already returned to him.

P.s.s. Grey will have a run in with the mother who raised him next chapter. I'm not going to spoil where I'm going with that but know Grey has a big power boost coming up.
