"Soph, sweetie, it's time for dinner." I spoke softly, knocking on her door. When I got no response I opened her bedroom door to see her sitting in the middle of her bed, her back against the headboard, and her eyes staring in front of her lifelessly.

I sighed as my heart constricted painfully.

I made my way to her bed and sat down on the
edge, leaning towards her.

"Soph. baby. Dinner." I spoke again. She merely nodded.

I made her shift closer to me.

"It's gonna be alright sweetheart. Everything will be okay. I promise." I spoke, on the verge of tears.

"It might be difficult. But we'll get you help. Okay?" I sniffled.

She just leaned onto my shoulder muttering "Okay." And Closer her eyes for a minute.

After sitting in her room for a few minutes we made our way downstairs, me holding Sofia by her shoulders.

We made our way into the kitchen where Justin and Drew were already sitting down on the dining table. And Luke was in his baby chair being fed small mashed up food by Justin. He looked up when we entered and sat down on our chairs.

"Soph. Honey-" Justin started to speak.

"Please don't call me that." She spoke in a strangled whisper.

I looked over at her sadly.

Justin nodded.

Silently, we all passed on the food and ate, the only sound being the scraping of utensils on the plates and me constantly telling Sophia to eat properly.

When was our life going back to normal?

Short, I know. But it's my best friends birthday and #plannedasurpriseparty lol. So v v v busy. Double update tomorrow too.

Also I changed the schedule. So there'll be a double update on Thursdays AND Fridays. Both.

So yay.
