4. Glossier milk jelly cleanser,$18Ingredients to look out for:
1. Soap:
It contains strong detergent properties so it will be harsh on our skin....so avoid using soap or soap containing cleansers as it strips skin of it's natural oils.....but if you must use then stick to a glycerin one that has low pH range(5--7)2. Fragrance:
You may like particular fragrances but don't use them in your skincare products if you're of the sensitive type...it can cause irritation, redness...3. Alcohol:
It can be very drying on the skin....so make sure you're product doesn't contain ethanol, methanol, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol .....( you can just buy products that don't contain alcohol)4. Parabens:
It can cause flaking, itching, redness.....so if you're of sensitive type make sure you're products don't have these ingredients. While building up a regimen don't introduce all the products at a time as you're skin is not used to it ...but instead include one for every 20...30 days to build up resistance......for any product to work it takes a min of one month so use it accordingly and don't expect immediate results.
