Serbia X Japan

Serbia looked at his dark and gloomy room, there was a cherry blossom petal with blood on it. It was Japan's favorite flower, Serbia suddenly began to cough, he sat up, hitting his chest as hard as he can. More cherry blossom, Serbia felt one of his eye turning blurry, he closed an eye and he couldn't see.. He opened it again, only to see Japan looking at him in shock and surprise. Japan rushed towards him and began hugging him, "You need to say who's your crush. Or you're going to die.." Serbia hugged her back, not wanting to die but is also afraid of rejection. "What i-if..." He took a breath as depression and fear took over him, "I-I get rejected.." Japan's grip tightened as Serbia began to drip blood from his mouth and his now covered with Cherry Blossom eye. "I..." Serbia fell to the ground, he used his last strength to grip Japan's hand and smile.
