Somewhere in strand station

I squinted my eyes trying to open them but the fluorescent lights were not helping. I felt a splitting headache coming to the left side of my head, I winced as my head kept pounding.

Wait!!!!! Where am I? The last thing I remembered was me and sadeeq on a date with me sipping my mock tail and everything blanked out. I checked my sorrounding, it looked like an abandoned place with ropes and tires. The place reeks of alcohol and cigar, I scrunched up my nose in disgust as I perceived the smell and a cough followed. Two giantly looking men came in and I think it was because they heard me coughing.

"Boss she's awake" the first one said into the phone. Seriously they look like goons, wait, what if they are about to rape ya ilahal alameen, I muttered all the duas that came to my mind for Allah to save me.

My throat was extremely dry due to thirst but I dare not say anything cos I don't know what they intend to do to me.

  Wait????? Where is sadeeq? What if they carrried him and killed him? Oh no

"Please where is sadeeq we were together please don't harm him please" I managed to say my voice trembling and hoarse due to thirst and because I just woke up now.

The next thing they did surprised me; they burst into fits of laughter saying that I was crazy. I was about to reply them when they abruptly stopped laughing. I turned to see what stopped them from laughing and I saw the person they were calling boss.

He was dressed in a blue shirt with trousers and a facing cap so I couldn't see his face. He was smoking cigar and was reeking of alcohol which made feel nauseous. But what did he want from me and why do I feel like I know him?

"Leave us alone" he commanded with an iota of respect that they immediately left.

"Well well well finally my beloved is in my arms" and he removed his face cap lo and behold it was sadeeq but why was he here?and why am I here?

"Sa.....dee....q I....s tha.......t yo.....u? I asked my voice stammering cos I still don't know his motives.

"Oh cmon baby quit that don't you remember it's me sadeeq your love". He said with a smirk .

"What do you want and why am I here".

  "Well baby am here to get what I want". He said that evil smirk never leaving his face.

"And what is that"?

  "You"

"Well you already have me am your girlfriend remember and we promised to get married so what else do you want from me"? I quivered.

He just busted into fits of laughter and said " baby and who just said I am going to marry you In fact I DON'T LOVE YOU" what!!!!

"all the I love you's, the I will always be the with you, I will always make you smile we're all cheap lies and you are not the first I told neither will you be the last".

All the things he said shattered my heart into pieces because he was the only one I loved and believed but then as they say all men are the same.

I have always refused myself to fall in love just to avoid heartbreak but then I let my guard down and my fear has become to true.

"But why did you this? Just so you could get what you want and then break my heart well then are you happy it worked out now can I go and nurture my broken heart". I said crying my eyes out.
