It's been a week since Felix had moved out of the mansion and into the Nugget Cave, which most would consider a downgrade, but the Nugget Cave was nice. There was always a heater on making the Cave nice and warm, there was cell reception because of telephone pole in the forest, and not many can brag that they have an actual garden in their home. It was functional, but the downside was the Nugget Cave was a constant work in progress.

There was this long mental list that Nugget had for home projects. Like, installing a heating system for a crawl space stream that already existed for baths, even though Felix said it wasn't necessary. Or having a developed space for "production of entrepreneurial opportunities," Felix protested to that too, since what they had worked. Nugget also wanted an actual kitchen so they both didn't have to eat fast food everyday, Felix didn't complain about that one.

Now, since they were in an official relationship, there was the question of involving other people. But more specifically, Nugget wondered if Felix told his twin where the Nugget Cave was, which may or may not cause a breach in security. Both of them were working on clothing production, Nugget on weaving and Felix making thread with Tenders in his lap.

Felix had really warmed up to Tenders, even though he had enjoyed that one time holding her, when Felix came back to the Nugget Cave he was afraid of the kitty. Something about Tenders biting and taking off a finger or hand. Despite Nugget trying to comfort him by saying that, "The kitten only bit Nugget once! It was only to check if Nugget was an actual chicken nugget!" Felix still screamed when Tenders jumped onto the bed without him noticing. Nugget doesn't exactly know where Felix got the idea that cats ate human fingers and hands, but he was glad that his lover and companion were getting along now.

"Felix?"

"Yeah?"

"Nugget is just curious, but, did his Lover tell his brother the location of the Nugget Cave?"

"I told him that I'm in this forest, but I didn't tell Teddy exactly where it was."

"Alright. Nugget has another question."

"What is it?"

"Would Nugget's Lover like to be introduced to Nugget's friends?"

Felix stopped working and looked up, saying seriously, "you have friends?"

The two looked at each other in silence before Felix realized what he had said and started to apologize.

"Oh, I didn't mean that! Everyone has friends right? I'm willing to meet them!"

".......so Nugget's Lover is okay with people at our school to know of our relationship?"

"Well, I guess?"

"'I guess?' Is Nugget's Lover embarrassed of Nugget?"

"Embarrassed? No! It's just, it's just.....I think that not many would approve of someone like me to be with someone.....like you."

"So Nugget's Lover is embarrassed of Nugget. He sounds like his father."

"I didn't mean it like that...I'm just scared of the repercussions of us. Scared that something is going to happen."

Nugget got up and wrapped his arms around his Lover, "everything will be okay."

Nugget held Felix for a little while, making the bad thoughts disappear, until there was a banging coming from the surface.

"Hey! Do you think you can let us in?"

"Nugget who's up there?" Felix whispered.

"Nugget's friends," Nugget quickly put away the supplies and walked over to a large lever, and pulled it.
