He did not stop here but went on mocking fun at him . He could have pointed out the error politely without raising finger at his being an author .

In the train , he controlled his anger . He was still unable to keep himself di link himself from Vinoo Bhai's satiring comments .

The old man too did not earn sympathy or moral support from his co passengers . The compartment was dead licence and co passengers curiously observed the old man . One of co passengers could not hold his temptation to comment .

' An old age is second childhood . '

This almost had sealed old man's lips .

At this point Rajesh recalled his past .
In his olden days his father Mohan Lal was sailing in old man's boat . It also reminded him some of his senior relative's remark .

' An old person needs maximum attention and care like infants . You cannot ignore him even for a while . In the event of unwarranted , undue disrespect and negligence , they slip easily into the state of depression . They are very fond of beating their drums of selfless love and emotions .

It was the naked truth of life . Rajesh spoke to himself . His father and the old man next sitting to him were the students of same class .

The old man heard the co passenger commenting . He was exposed to be a real dramatist . He started blabbering in his own ways .

' To day's generation is far from being the idea of giving respect to old generation . What to say ? Even my own son never considered numerous sacrifices made for his better life . Like other grand pa I too had keen desire to shower my love to my grand children . But he never allowed his children to get associated with me . He was afraid of my spoiling his child with pampering and fondling . During  the old age they almost threw me out of his house and shifted me to single rented room on my fate . They are just two buildings away , but we hardly meet each other once in a week . At the age 70 plus I have learnt cooking .

His monologue dragged Rajesh in his own past .

Rajesh's father Mohan Lal was very sensitive and possessive , very fond of dictating terms for his son's family . No doubt he loved whole of family immensely and cared a lot . During Rajesh childhood days , Mohan Lal was getting disturbed even for small matters . He was a man of discipline always expected his son and family to obey the discipline . In the event of delay return of 10/15 minutes by Rajesh , he started worrying about him . He never tolerated late coming . If so happened , he will immediately walk out from the house in search of his son . Rajesh knew his father's nature and was careful to reach home in time .

Once it was so happened . His office was raised by CBI officials and he too was detained along with other members of staff for necessary inquiries . In this instant , he had tried to intimate his late home coming . But that could not be done since the telehones services was all of sudden disrupted . Like his father Rajesh too was anxious about what his father and family would think of . It was already 12 AM , mid night and Rajesh not reached home . Mohan Lal with an escort from neighbour reached police station and lodged FIR for his son .
