After a while of Hua meeting her fellow members, she then met with Mark. She was really nervous when the meeting happened as he was the leader of the sub-unit she was joining. She slowly got comfortable with him, and they both came to the conclusion that she should meet the rest of Dream altogether so that they work on the comeback. This leads us to now.
Hua clung onto Marks' shirt as she hid behind him, her comfort Moomin plush in hand. He walked them both to the practice room that the boys were in and internally awed at Hua's shyness. She didn't need to worry as every one of his hyungs had gushed about her after they met, so that put her in a good position. He led them both through the door, where he was bombarded with questions.
'Hyung, what's going on?'
'Why were you called to a meeting?'
'You aren't leaving us, are you?'
He smiled at their concern before putting up his hands to stop their questions. 'So I'm pretty sure you know that they hyungs have been talking about a girl named Hua, right?' They nod.
'Well, she is joining NCT, and she will be with us.' He stepped out of the way, and Hua looked up as Marks shirt slipped through her fingers, hidden by her sweater paws. She looked at the boys, and they looked back. There was a pregnant silence until Renjun walked up to her and pinched her cheek. 'Oh my lord, she is so cute! And she likes Moomjn!' He squealed and said in a mix of Chinese and Korean. He pointed at her plushy and grabbed his own to show her. Hua blushed at his words and mumbled thanks in Chinese before Chenle let out a loud screech and rushed over, pulling her into a tight hug. 'SHE SPEAKS CHINESE!!!' He yelled. She flinched but smiled at the excitement at her speaking her native language, and Jeno walked over, pulling Chenle away, scolding him for nearly deafening her.
Mark looked at her. 'I think you will be fine here, don't worry.' Renjun and Donghyuck nodded in agreement.
'You will be fine, flower. We will all help you. Now we know your name but you don't know ours.' Mark used those words as a cue and assumed his leader role.
'Okay, guys, line up so I can introduce you all.' They followed his instructions, and Mark led Hua, introducing the members one by one. Renjun gave her a bright smile, and Donghyuck gave her a thumbs up. Jeno eye-smiled, and Chenle held back a squeal. Jisung took one look at her and asked, 'Do I have to call you noona?' Hua looked confused at his words, unsure of what he was meaning, so Renjun translated for her, and she immediately shook her head. He gave an approving nod. 'I think we will be great friends.' She smiled.
