Hua was called into a meeting with the NCT manager and Lee Sooman, and to say she was confused would be an understatement. Whilst she was waiting, she went through multiple scenarios in her head, trying to figure out what this meeting would be for especially since she knew she hadn't done anything bad.
Once she was allowed in, she sat down and waited for the CEO to speak.
'Miss Huang, it has come to our attention that you have flourished with NCT Dream, and we are very happy about this. The fans seem to enjoy it, too. According to comments, you bring a certain charm that causes them to be unable to look away from you. They love you. The fans have also requested some things. So due to popular demand, you will no longer just be working with NCT Dream, you are also going to work alongside NCT 127 AND NCT U but you will not stay in those dorms, you will stay with Dream. Do you have any objections? No? Good. You are free to leave and let everyone know. Make sure to keep up with your school work as well as learning Korean so you can become fluent.'
The manager was translating everything just in case there was an issue of Hua not understanding all that was said before leading her out. The manager walked away, and Hua was left to find the rest of NCT. She looked around to find them before she bumped into someone. She fell back to the floor and was quick to apologise, not looking up in fear of it being one of her Sunbaes.
They held out a hand, and she took it, pulling herself up off the floor, still apologizing profusely. She only stopped when the person placed their hands on her shoulders, in which she looked and was face-to-face with Johnny, who had crouched down to her height.
'Baby mouse, you don't need to keep apologizing. It's fine. My question is, are you okay? You looked lost.'
She nods quickly.
'I'm fine, Johnny oppa, I was just trying to find everyone.'
'It's a good thing I was looking for you then, since Renjun basically had a cow when he couldn't find you.'
Hua let out a small giggle before she remembered what she was doing.
'Ah, Johnny oppa, can you please gather everyone from 127 and Ten oppa into a dance practice room, please? It's important.'
He nodded, albeit confused and rounded everyone up. They asked questions, but his only response was, 'Hua said so', and they all complied.
It wasn't long before they were all gathered into the room, and Hua took a deep breath.
'Uh, so the reason why I have called you in here is because I have now been added to NCT 127 and NCT U, but I also have to do school work and continue learning Korean.' She thinks over her words, making sure she covered everything before nodding.
Ten was first to speak.
'We don't mind, in fact I think I am speaking for all of us when I say we are happy because we can see you more often but the question is, are you ok with this giggles? Mark struggles to be in all 3 units, and he has been at it longer than you, and he doesn't have to do the extra language studying. We don't want to put you off, but it's to make sure you are happy doing this.'
She purses her lips before relaxing them again and nodding.
'I will be fine as long as I have you guys to help me.'
Everyone internally and some of them externally 'aw'ed before they enclosed each other into a group hug.
'I have to tell the dreamies now,' Hua said.
'We need to go over there anyway as it is movie night, so we can say it together.' Donghyuck replied, and Mark nodded in agreement.
Hua nodded and hugged the rest of the members and gave them cheek kisses before grabbing Mark and Hyucks hands and walking to the dorms, where they broke the news to the happy dreamies.
