Humanity [Klaus fanfic]

Family

Recap:

  I couldn't sleep I tried closing my eyes but I couldn't drift off. I decided to go back to the mansion since my brothers weren't home yet. There was an excited, invigorated feeling, that felt more intense as I walked back, getting closer.

  I walked through the double parlor and straight into the dining room.

  "We forgot desert," Elijah says as I walk in I see the daggers in his hands. Holy shit.

  "What have you done?" Klaus says darkly

  "What have you done? See, I've learned not to trust your vulgar promises, Klaus, we're doing this on my terms now "

   Kol emerges I back up and gulp.
   "Kol" I say coldly

  "Long time, brother and Addison?"

   "Go to hell" I mutter as he laughs amused
  
   Klaus goes for the dagger but fin stabs him in the hand. He speeds behind him and Rebeckah stabs him in the stomach.

  "This is for our mother" she says

  "You're free to go, this is family business. Elijah says to Damon, Stefan. I stay because Kol gives me a warning as if daring me to leave. I don't want to test him not again. 

  "I like what you've done with the place Nik" Rebeckah throws a vase at the wall and it shatters.

  "I wanted it to be for all of us, a place we could all call home, and a place we could all be a family, none of us would ever have to be alone again"

  "You're right none of us will be " Elijah walks over to the others

  "You're staying behind" Finn says

  "We're leaving you Nik, Right after I kill the doppelganger wentch, and you'll be alone, always and forever" Rebeckah adds

  "If you run I will hunt all of you down"

  "And then you'll become everything you hate. Our father" Elijah interrupts Klaus

  "I'm the Hybrid! I can't be killed! I have nothing to fear from any of you!" He yells seething

  "You will when we have that coffin" Elijah states

  I hold on to Nik tightly to comfort him.
  "Addy doll, join me I'm sure I'll be much more entertaining" Kol wiggles his brows amused.

  "You're a sick bastard, you know that?" I say angrily The door behind them suddenly opens. They all looked shocked. "You're the one in my dreams" I say among the silence, confused

  "Mother " Rebeckah states also confused She goes over to Klaus. He looks down ashamed.

  "Look at me do you know why I'm here?"
 
  "You're here kill me" he says a tear rolls down my cheek

  "Niklaus you are my son, and I am here to forgive you" She looks at the rest of the children " I want us to be a family again" I get a bad feeling and see through the innocent act but play along.

The dreams. I hadn't told anyone. Ever. all my life, I've had them on and off, mostly whenever other vampires or witches or supernatural came along. Mostly, when I was surrounded by the Mikaelson family. I can't believe I had forgotten. Thousands of distant memories resurfaced as if they were from a past life. Or perhaps,  a new one.
