I jumped from the ring and walked to the table that had water bottles scattered among it, grabbing one and twisting the lid off I took small sips as I caught my breath.
"You doing okay?" Caleb asked as he wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Yeah." I responded softly, as he turned me around to face him.
"Damn, better put some ice on that before you go back out there. Might swell too much to see before it starts healing." He whispered as he inspected my face.
"Eh, it will be alright." I whispered back as I smiled at him and kissed his lips softly. "That was just the pick me up that I needed." I said lowly as a pressed my forehead against his wincing slightly at the pain.
"Mmm, better not get me started," he growled lowly, playfully. I laughed softly before kissing his lips again.
"Time's up. Cole and Sonny please enter the ring." I pulled away from Caleb and moved towards the ring before jumping down once I was within reach.
I began swinging my arms away from my body and rolling my shoulders, bending down to touch my toes and then squatting down before standing again. I stretched my muscles quickly while I waited for Tank to enter the ring.
I knew the moment he had entered the ring, the slight movement of the ground beneath my feet alerted me to where he was without having to actually see him. I smirked to myself as I realized I would be able to use his big size against him.
I straightened up and smiled a giant cheesy smile at him, "Hey bestie," I taunted. "I know I probably should have told you sooner or possibly after this but I think I have a new bestie now. I actually only have room for one in my life and since your not really as cool as this person, I just..I'm really sorry Cole, I don't think we can be besties anymore."
My facade almost diminished when I saw the look of pure hurt cross his face but I didn't have a chance to dwell on it as a loud growl ripped from his throat.
"I knew it, I shouldn't have let you and Jason spend any damn time together." He spat out as he lunged at me.
I quickly dodged his attack and jumped for the top of the railing, I gripped the leg of one of the tables and tugged, sending all the contents to the ground. Bottles of water and small sandwiches scattered across the ground, damn wrong table.
Shrugging my shoulders I reached for the other table but my leg was grabbed and I felt myself being tossed in the air. A growl ripped from my throat as I began to shift, my bones realigned and my teeth elongated.
I slammed into the far wall and a yelp soon followed, I scrambled to my feet as the sound of bones breaking and snarling filled the arena. My eyes landed on a reddish brown wolf that was slowly approaching me.
"Maybe Ishouldn't have taunted him." I said softly to my wolf.
"No? Really?" Her sarcasm caused a small barked laugh to escape my lips.
My attention went back to the massive beast slowly stalking towards me. He was massive and muscled, I had to think quick about my next move.
Narrowing my eyes as he began to move faster towards me I knew I had to hurry it up and then it dawned on me what I needed to do.
Crouching down I used all my strength to propel me forward, racing at him wasn't something he expected I could tell by the slight delay in his speed. He regained his composure as he continued his advance towards me, I continued my speed and just when we were about to clash I shifted back to my human form.
