"Let me get this straight... you're pitching a movie to me about yourself?" A movie producer asks as he rubs his head annoyed.
An man in a shining gold and blue outfit sits in front of the movie producer with an over confident grin.
"I guarantee you, you'll have an amazing first opening! Money will be through the roof!" The golden clad man said.
"And you said you're a hero from the future?" The movie producer asks with an sigh.
"Yep " The man grins.
"What did you say your name was again?" The movie producer said.
"It's Booster Gold, giving heroics a golden standard!" Booster Gold grins.
The movie producer groans.
"Look Booster, our studio can't afford this production you've been requesting-you're asking for 60 million dollars here." The movie producer explains.
"You're rejecting me?" Booster Gold asks shocked.
"I'm sorry Booster, but if we go through with this movie deal, then it might put us in debt. Possibly causing the studio to go bankrupt and we can't afford that." The movie producer explains.
Booster Gold stands up and walks out upset. He walks past an blond haired girl, wearing an dark blue superhero outfit with stars all over it. She was sitting down and starts texting on a flip phone.
"Another studio rejected your movie offer, Booster?" The girl asks as she looks up from her phone for a minute.
"Don't want to hear it, Star Girl!" Booster Gold says.
Star Girl huffs and goes back to texting on her phone.
Booster Gold's robotic side kick, Skeets, flies up to Booster.
"Sir, Ted Kord is calling you." Skeets said.
"Put him on, Skeets." Booster Gold said.
"Hello, Booster?" Blue Beetle asks.
"Hey, Ted! What's up ?" Booster Gold replies.
"Booster, we have an situation back at Hall of Justice." Blue Beetle explains.
"Alright blue buddy, me and Star Girl will be there in an bit." Booster Gold said.
"Uhhh...Booster?" Star Girl asks, trying to get his attention.
"Because heroics has a gold standard!" Booster began his boast.
"Booster?" Star Girl calls again.
"And you better believe Booster Gold is on the case!" He continues, completely ignoring her.
"Booster! The Booster mobile is being taken away!" Star Girl shouts as she points outside.
