Also...I gotta explain this now so as to not cause any confusion. When Dean wakes up in endverse, he wakes up in Future Dean's body. So we don't have the double Dean going on in this one. I think that's the only thing I have to cover. If I'm off on when some of the stuff happens, I'm sorry, it's been forever since I watched season five.
