I was a bit nervous once we got to my room, I'm not exactly sure why I mean... it's not like he's the first unknown being to be in my room. Fuck that sounds bad...
"So what do you want to know about Dragons?" He asked, a smile on his soft perfect looking face.
"Anything? What do you want to know about pantry's?" I challenged, I didn't mean to have the slight attitude with him. I was naturally a bit on edge like that and so I can come off kind of bitchy.
"What's the purpose?" He asked. I actually didn't think he had any questions about pantry's so I was honestly surprised. It took me a moment to answer.
"Well.... uh.. to store certain foods. Things that come in boxes or cans or things that don't spoil fast, or belong in cold places."
"Like a fridge?" He added.
"Yeah, like that. They're usually not large spaces but I've seen some pretty big pantry's in magazines. Some people store toiletries in them which is questionable in my opinion." I hadn't realized I was rattling on about pantry's and products. I don't even know why I'd gone into a long winded speech about these things but there I was, rambling on about bath tissue preference, toothpaste, bakery sweets, and laundry soap. He was laughing at me once I got to paper towels and Mr. Clean scrubbing pads.
"I didn't know so much could be stored into one space. We have Storage back home but food items are stored separately. It's intriguing you store it all in one space." He was still laughing, nearly falling onto my bed.
"I don't store them all in the same place... but others do. It is kind of weird I guess, but it all depends on how you look at it I think. On one hand, sure.. storing cleaning supplies in the same space as food items might seem bad but when there's separate wall space it seems logical to make use of all that space by storing food items on one side and cleaning stuff on the other." I replied with a shrug. Jimin paused for a moment and looked at me, he nodded once he seemed to be done thinking about whatever it was that kept his attention for a moment.
"It makes sense then I guess." He was seated on my bed and I stepped closer and sat on the edge of my bed, keeping a little distance. His eyes kept changing, deep brown to a dark purple that sparkled a bit. It was strange but also drew my attention to look at him, which was something I was trying not to do as every time I did his intense gaze made me feel like I was about to turn into mush.
"So Dragons?" I asked, hoping he'd stop looking at me the way he was.
"Oh.. um.. Well, Dragons are great." He shrugged. I probably should have thought of more specific questions for him but I hadn't thought that far. "Can I... Can I see your hands?" He asked. I gave him a questioning look then looked down at his hands that he was holding out, palm up and awaiting my hands. I looked at him again and decided that while it was a strange request... I've done way weirder shit in my line of work.
"Okay." I smiled and placed my hands palm down on his. I don't know what I was expecting but he closed his eyes almost as soon as my skin made contact with his. I on the other hand had a sudden warmth wash over me and my heart started to beat a little faster. I looked at Jimin and his eyes opened, his once again purple orbs beaming right into me and only causing the warmth to grow. His stare was more intense now but I couldn't tear my eyes away. I thought I heard a low growl, and in a blink the warmth from Jimin's hands left mine and he was up and heading out the door without a single word.
"Well... that was weird." I muttered to myself as I sat alone now in my room with my door slightly ajar.
