My vision starts to blur from the lack of air as the seconds go by. Thankfully, Steve finally manages to tackle Bucky to the ground.

I inhale sharply, the unrelenting pain in my abdomen is back again that makes it painful to even breath, much less when I start to cough.

I quickly regain myself, dragging myself up to help Steve who has been pinned down by Bucky who punches him repeatedly.

Reaching for my gun, I start shooting at Bucky, purposefully aiming for his metal arm just to gain his attention.

My strategy works, Bucky turns to me, obviously angered as he marches towards me.

I stay in place not making a move, not wanting to hurt a good friend.

"Bucky, stop!" Steve yells as he reaches me, pulling out a gun and pressing it to my forehead, "Don't do this."

"This isn't you, Bucky. You have to fight it. Don't let Hydra win." I try to get through to him.

"Enough!" He yells, "I don't know who the hell Bucky is."

"Yes, you do." I say, "You have to remember yourself."

"I said that was enough!" Bucky screams before he rushes forwards, slamming me into the wall.

I bite back a scream as I hit the ground, certain I had torn my stitches.

His eyes waver at he looks at me, the gun in his hand starting to tremble.

Bucky moves to continue his attack but was quickly cut off by Steve who throws his shield at him.

This time, it successfully hits him before returning to Steve's hands just like a frisbee.

I watch as the two engage in battle, each taking turns to land a punch or two with neither one of them managing to gain the upper hand.

I try to get up, but my legs buckle under me every time I tried and the pain was indescribable, one I could feel in every inch of my body.

I shut my eyes for a minute, shaking off the pain before forcing myself back onto my feet.

"You're lucky I'm not here for you." I hear Buck's voice, "I'm here for her."

A knot forms in my stomach as open eyes to see the barrel of Bucky's gun pointed right at me once again and Steve grunting in pain on the ground over his shoulder.

"Fight it, Bucky." I urge, "You've done it before, you can do it again."

He stays silent, his breathing picking up as he visibly tries to fight it.

"C'mon, Buck." I coaxed him on.

He then blinks and his eyes soften. Finally, He drops his gun as he stumbles backwards, "Cam?"

My eyes widen at Bucky's response, "You remember me?"

"Why wouldn't I?" He says, looking incredibly confused, "What happened? Why am I here?"
