Chapter 2/3

Okay, sorry if this suck, but I'm sick, tired and not in the best mood, so I wrote to distract myself. I'm still kinda happy about the result somehow? Anyway, enjoy!

After talking for a while, Lin got up, sighed, and told them "I forgot I had training to do, I'm really sorry, but I have to go."
"You have to train? But we don't have training today" Quinn said as she tilted her head.
Lin chuckled, and said "No, I meant training with one of my friend. We're both x rank in rainmaker, so we train to keep our rank."

"I don't like rainmaker... Also, you're only two?" Hannah asked.
Lin nodded before grabbing her weapon "Sorry, but I really have to go, I'll talk about it later. Bye!"
The other cephalopods moved they're hands to wave goodbye, before the tall inkling ran away.

"You don't like rainmaker?" Quinn asked as she turned to her friend.
Hannah shrugged "Yeah, also tower control is sometimes annoying. My favorite is splatzone."
"Mine's clam blitz! Also yeah, tower control ca' be annoying if your teammates don't get on the tower with you. But I guess you don't go on the tower since you're a charger main, am I right?"
Hannah nodded.

"Yeah, I don't understand how you use those. You're so talented, I mean, this type of weapon is really hard to use, especially with a scope. You always have the team's back, that's amazing." Hannah's ears perked up heating that.
"Y-You think so?" her voice was shaking while still processing the compliments the smaller agent told her.
Quinn nodded and shot her a big smile. Hannah took her shades off, put them on the table, and looked at Quinn who has started to laugh with big eyes. She then shot a small smile at the inkling before laughing and smiling with all of her teeths.
Quinn just stood there, watching while a small blush crept on her cheeks. She has never seen the octoling looking so happy, and she thought that she looked even more attractive while smiling, even if she had a small smile. After laughing, the octoling opened her eyes wildly before putting on her shades, shaking her head ans asked "So um..What do you wanna do now..?"

The inkling thought for a while before shrugging, as she had no idea either. "I don't know.. Do you wanna go home?"
The octoling shrugged "Why not" and got up.
They chatted on their way back about many things, but mostly about what it's like being an agent.

Once they arrived at their shared appartement, Hannah headed toward her room immediately, locked the door and crashed onter her bed. She put her hands over her stomach. She couldn't believe she let the smaller cephalopode see her smile this much. She couldn't deny that she liked smiling and laughing like that, even in front of 4,but that wasn't the place! There were inklings and octolings everywhere!

She still find it hard to believe. At first, she didn't know what those symptoms and feelings were, she didn't felt that in the octarian army or the deepsea metro. After talking it for a while with Pearl and Marina, they concluded that she had feelings for her best friend. At first she denied it, and thought it was impossible. I mean, agent 8, falling in love with one of her partners (agent like)? But now, she know that she has feelings for Quinn. She came in terms with it some months ago,and she found it fine. Love makes you sometimes feel really good, but sometimes, it makes you suffer. Seeing the one you love spending more time with someone else, seeing them in a relationship, knowing that they'll never fall in love with you because of their sexual orientation, we're some things that people say are hard about love. And they're right. But sometimes love make us suffer for no reason. To distract herself from having butterflies in her stomach and to stop hearing her heartbeat so loud(because you know, your heart beats faster and sometimes it's like you hear it), Hannah grabbed her phone, put on osme headphones and listened to ebb & flow, soon falling asleep from the lack of energy, letting the songs play for no reason.

Quinn's pov (oh boy) :

As soon as I entered, I saw Hannah rush to her room. I figured out she had something to do, so I decided to clean my emperry dualies and hero dualies to pass the time. They were starting to get dirty from the missions or from just not cleaning them as often as I should.
Feeling bored again, I just decided to watch TV, and after a while, I decided to go check on Hannah.

When I was on front of her door,i was hesitant. Maybe I would disturb her or maybe she was doing something I shouldn't see... I bit my lips from the stress as I opened the door. To my surprise, she was actually sleeping. It made me smile a little.
She almost never sleep, so it was a relief. I noticed that she was still listening to music, so I took off her headphones and took her phone. Before putting it on her desk, I decided to check what music was playing. It put back from the start as I put on the headphones. I was imaging a normal band, but I got to hear pearl screaming in my hear. It was..special. At one moment, there was a loud noise to cover up an insult or something. Woah. I would have never expected that.. Before being a successful rapper and being the lead singer of a ba'd with Marina, Pearl actually sang metal? Well that's surprising, and not at the same time.

I headed out of the room, and decided to go eat something as I was starting to get hungry.
