[Hospital]

"I hate you,you should've told us earlier,we could've been here for you. At least me,you know you can bother me with anything,yet you didn't say a word about your grandma's health" Misaki was furious because Dai Yixin hid about her grandma's early stage lung cancer

Dai Yixin,however,remained silent,praying for the surgery to be successfull.

"She is right,you should've informed us about it" Jin added

Dai Yixin looked at him and then stood up from the chair she was sitting on,waiting for the surgery to be done

"you're going somewhere?" Jin asked

Without replying,she walked away speedily, making Jin run after her

Yoongi just arrived and asked Misaki,"Wheres Dai Yixin and Jin hyung?"

"She went somewhere and Jin followed" Misaki answered

"I see.Sorry to ask,but do you know how did she get the money for the surgery?" Yoongi asked again

"wait,right! it didn't even cross my mind.I'm sure the amount she receives from Maid Café wouldn't have been enough,she must've been doing another part time job without letting us know"

"I think she have been coaching at a night coaching centre because I saw her exiting from one" Yoongi said

"is that so? The way she is,she worked hard herself,instead of asking us for help"

"Yep',thats how she is. Anyways,the surgery is going on,right?" Yoongi asked

"yeah,and the success rate is much higher,even tho we can't be at ease"

"everything will be alright,thats what it seems to me" Yoongi reassured

"you think so? Thats what we all want"

Meanwhile, Dai Yixin went towards the elevator,but Jin grasped her hand "Don"t avoid us,you don't have to say anything if you don't want to. I understand what you're going through. But think positive,isn't it great that you found out about it during her first stage? So,don't go,even if you go somewhere else just to avoid us,I know you'll come back soon to wait for the surgery to be successfull,so just don't go in the first place"

She suddenly hugged Jin tightly,gripping his shirt with her hands,not because she felt like crying or holding back her tears,but because she needed him when she felt unsure about everything going on. Jin,surprisingly, expected her to do so and hugged her back caressing her back. They didn't utter a word because it wasn't necessary,as the silence was all she needed which Jin understood. The patients and the people that passed by them either stared at them with a jealous,questioning look or adored the couple.After a while,she uttered," lets go back" and loosened her grip on his shirt.

Jin smiled,"alright" and both of them released each other from the hug,going back, hand-in-hand

When they reached, she let go of his hand and sat near Misaki,"wow,you're here early" Misaki said sarcastically

Dai Yixin smiled, to which Misaki smiled back

"oh,you came?" Dai Yixin asked Yoongi

"I had to" Yoongi replied

[After the surgery]

As soon as the surgeon came out of the operation theatre, Dai Yixin stood up from her seat and questioned, "how was it?" with worry written all over her face

"the surgery was successfull" the surgeon said,removing his mask

Misaki stood up instantly and hugged Dai Yixin from behind "it all turned out well" she said

Dai Yixin's tears eascaped from her eyes, "yes" she turned and Misaki broke the hug

Jin and Yoongi looked at each other and similed, as if they were takling through their expressions,without it being imperative to say something.

[6 months later]

"They already graduated,advantages of being a prodigy,huh?" Misaki asked

"yup! its a pity that we can't attend their engagement" Dai Yixin sighed

"cause we are in this so called winter programme which we can't miss out" Misaki blew her bangs with her mouth in frustration

"Aigo,can't believe Namjoon will be engaged soon" Jin fake cried and clung onto Yoongi's arm

"Aish,seriously!" Yoongi removed Jin's hands from his arm "get off of me!"

"dear students,please come this way" the instructor guided them to the hall

"now what?" Misaki rolled her eyes "Rosette eonnie is lucky,too. Prodigy plus prodigy, what a match made in heaven"

"I know right,I'm so happy for them,it'd have been better if we could attend the engagement but we have no choice" Dai Yixin felt sad upon not even being able to attendq her brother's engagement

"forget it,we'll bomb their wedding and it'll be super chaotic" Misaki winked at Dai Yixin making her hold her laugh

"girls,will you hurry up?" A student asked sarcastically

"why don't you go first without being a pain in theㅡ" Misaki's words were cut off by Dai Yixin

"sure" she smiled at the female student

It was a perfume making mini-course which is one of the winter programs designed for their department,which of course had no relation,even a tiny bit,to computer science. Dai Yixin and her friends including many other students chose this one because it seemed less tiring,but little did they know that every progam was tiresome if they knew nothing about it,even the basics.

[Day of the engagement,US]

After a few days, it was the day of the two lovebirds to tie together as one, officially even though they already consider their souls as a single soul already. It was the occasion of Namjoon and Rosette getting engaged after their early graduation. Their parents were on cloud nine, feeling themselves as the lucky ones to have them as their children. It was only the third time Namjoon's mother came to the US and as expected,she was amazed everytime she came to visit him,and this time it was such a blissful moment of her son getting engaged. Namjoon decided to start his own business there and would sometimes go back to Seoul to visit his mom, and when his mom will be ready,he'll bring her along with him. On the other hand, Rosette's mom couldn't help swooning over her soon to be son-in law. Her dad,however seemed indifferent but deep down his entire self was dancing happily.
