*Zoya's POV*:

I was driving an Audi home after shopping, playing music, and enjoying a yummy chocolate donut with a strawberry on top. The gate opened automatically, and I parked the car inside. I grabbed the bags from the passenger's seat and rang the bell. Oh, and then I remembered my mother saying that she will not be at home today because she's going out with Adiva and Lia.

While I was about to take the keys from my bag, Aunty Fara opened the door for me and informed that nobody's home and she will get me something to drink.

"Okay Aunty. I will sit in the dining hall," I said, dialing mum's number.

"Mama, I just came home. Also, you never told me that Aunty Fara is here. I'm exhausted. Come home soon," I said, unwrapping my hijab.

"What! What do you mean? Aunty Fara is sick, and she informed me the other day that she cannot come for a week," my mother said, panicking.

"Mama, come on, I'm at home and she's in the kitchen making a drink for me," I said, heading towards the kitchen.

"This is not the time to crack jokes. I'm hanging up. Take care," my mother said, in a hurry. "

I wonder what's wrong with my mother; I muttered to myself.

"Aunty Fara, where are you?" I screamed, looking for her, but she's nowhere. I could feel someone standing behind me, so I turned that way saying,

"Aunty, where were you all these---"

I screamed my lungs off witnessing a black, tall, colossal figure with reddish green eyes staring at me like as if it's ready to murder me.

I woke up immediately, sweat dripping off my forehead. I turned around to take my phone and my alarm freaked me out.

"Oh, my alarm! You scare me," I said, switching it off. It was time for Fajr, but I was too afraid to walk to the washroom.

I remember my mother saying, If one sees a dream she dislikes, pray for the protection from the evil and as soon as I did it, I felt much better. After a few minutes, I headed towards the washroom and performed the ablution. I offered the prayers and grabbed my phone when it beeped with non-stop message.

It's been four months since I got engaged. I'm thrilled and grateful for everything in my life. I've been busy the last few months with the wedding preparations and overthinking about the house we are currently living in. Lia told me a few things which I, myself, cannot believe. But after I encountered something strange on the night of my engagement, I doubt what Lia said. What if it was true? What if--
