*Zoya's POV* :

"Don't cry, honey," my father said, hugging the three of us.

"We-we will miss you," Adiva said, sobbing.

"You'll always be in our hearts and mind," my mother said, patting Adiva and then Lia and I.

"It's time for us to leave now," my father said, looking at my mother.

"Include us in your duas," I said, smiling through the tears.

"Always," my father said, planting a kiss on my forehead.

"Let's get going, Alia," my father said, picking up the luggages and for the last time they bid goodbye to us.

We will miss you the moment you leave!

My parents are flying to KSA today. I'm beyond happy for them, but a little sad too. May Allah bless them immensely and may Allah accept all their good deeds! Aameen!

My parents just left, and the house is empty already. I wanted to freshen up and jump onto my bed because I was having a severe headache and all I wanted to was... Sleep.

It's only the three of us who'll be staying home alone for twelve days. My wedding is coming up in another few days and I got to do the little preparations with my sisters and my aunts.

"Lia, I'll go fresh up and-"

"Sleep Zo. Sleep. You never had a good sleep. Adiva and I will prepare something for breakfast. It's half-past six now and your breakfast will be ready in an hour," she said, heading towards the kitchen.

"Thank you Lia. You're the best!" I said, running upstairs.

I was rolling on my bed and thoughts of my parents crossed my mind... and then my Dan. He was kind of busy these days but he never failed to call or message me, although he was at work.

Sweet boy!

I decided to message him because I miss him so damn much.

Z: Hey handsome!

I'm sure he's busy now, but I can't help it. I badly want to hear his voice. He's my stress buster and all I want to do now is just hear his voice!

Beep! Beep! Beep!

My god! It's Daaniyal! I cannot believe it. I picked up the phone, not wanting to waste a single second.

"I miss you as much as you do," he said, and I felt the entire zoo doing its job in my stomach.

Oh, how much I miss this man.

"I miss you, Dan! How have you been?" I asked, seated on the bed.

"I'm good, Alhamdulilah. How's my angel doing?" He asked.
