AN: In case anyone is confused this chapter is from Draco's point of view and for this whole story it's going to be on and off POVs between the two boys. This whole story is set after the war. Some chapters contain minor mature content references including abuse and sexual acts/rape and strong language. I'll give you a '💢' if there are scenes of abuse, '♨️' if there are any Unwanted sexual assault (rape), and an ' ⭕️' for Self-harm. In this chapter, there are only minor references to dark pasta and some mentions of sexuality. If you want to listen to music in the background I recommend listening to Be alright by Dean Lewis. I'll give you a '' to when you should start playing the song. If you listen to it in the background softly you'll find it gives the story much more effect. Enjoy!!

I felt myself smiling slightly before even opening my eyes but when I did, I found green emerald orbs looking at me, soft fingers playing with the nape of my hair. I quickly realized the position we were in and my heart rate started speeding up. One of his arms was under my body but winding back to hold me close to his chest, our legs were intertwined in a puzzle of limbs and his other hand's fingers were ghosting mine.

"Hey." He softly spoke, not showing any signs that he was going to move.

"H-hi." I couldn't help how scratchy and hoarse my voice came out.

"How are we feeling today?" He asked.

I cringed at the memories of yesterday and how he had basically invaded my privacy and I couldn't help the feeling of betrayal that blossomed in my chest.

I shook my head slightly and shrugged my shoulders earning me a small, sad smile from him. I felt his thumb move back and forth on my arm and I let myself get used to the feeling.

All of a sudden his eyes widened and he quickly untangled himself from me and rushed off downstairs. I felt a bit of sadness flood my inside but I remembered that he was an Auror after all. I let myself lay on the bed for a couple of minutes before going to the bathroom and washing up. Looking into the mirror I grabbed the hem of my shirt and took it off, revealing the many scars littering my body. Ever since the day that Harry found out about the spiteful words on my skin I hadn't used a concealment charm to cover my scars up.

I took a quick shower and changed but I didn't bother to put my shirt back on. I walked downstairs and I was met with a rich smell of cinnamon. I walked inside to the kitchen, confused, only to find Harry was using the oven to cook something.

I let out a soft "oh" in realization causing Harry to look up at me.

"I- Uh It-thought you h-had le-left," I said suddenly feeling self-conscious and tried covering my shirtless form.

He shook his head, "I have the day off." He said before walking over to me and pushing my hands away from my body.

"Stop it." He spoke gently, "stop hiding yourself, you're beautiful."

I looked down at the dreaded skull and snake that was permanently staining my skin, doubting his words.

He must've caught my gaze because he grabbed my hand and caressed my forearm and I remembered the colorful flowers he had drawn on my arm yesterday and how they had faded and washed away in the shower.
