Chapter 6

I met Eliza and Abby at the mall and Abby went all crazy and bought almost the whole shopping mall. She had things she needed and she thinks she didn’t. She dragged me and Eliza to help her pick out he outfits. Boredom strikes fast. ‘3:30’ I sigh as I looked away from the clock. Abby was practically taking an hour to choose one pair of shoes.

“Abby, can we go now?” I grumbled. Abby looked at me like I was a murderer or something. Eliza was practically sleeping the whole time.

“Katelyn, Katelyn, Katelyn, we can’t go now because I haven’t picked an outfit for you.” Abby was finding a reason to stay.

I groaned and walked out of the store to get fresh air. Oh wait, I’m in a damn shopping mall.

“Kate!” A familiar voice called and I turned to face the other way and none other than…

“Hey Cody” He was the first person I seen to make me happy the whole boring day. Don’t tell me he wants me to follow him to pick out guys stuff for him, I mean how the hell does a girl know about guy’s stuff, well, maybe other girls do but this girl, no freaking way.

“So what are you doing here in the mall?” He asked casually.

“Abby.” I said with a normal tone.

“Who is Abby?” He probably never heard anybody whose name was called Abby probably because there are like 300 over students in our school or that I called Abby by her nickname.

“You know, Abigail Mitchell.” He looked confused when I said her name; I guess he didn’t notice the girl I was standing next to yesterday. “The girl with strawberry blonde hair who was practically standing next to me yesterday”

“I see.” There was a long pause between us and I was really nervous, since the incident yesterday. I shot my head up and saw his eye, it was not that bad but still red but not swollen. Stupid boy, he just had to jump up at me. “I guess I’ll see you on Monday.”

I nodded and waved goodbye as he walked away casually. I felt something vibrating in my pocket and took my phone out and saw the ID number.

A shiver went down my spine and I felt cold sweat from my forehead. My hands were icy cold and I could see the flashbacks and echoes in my head.

“Leave me alone.” I screamed at the top of my lungs as I pushed Jake away from me.

“JUST EFFING LISTEN TO ME!” He yelled making me quiet. ‘I hate you.’ I thought as I felt dizzy and finally seeing everything black, like nothing.
