Darryl POV

Zak visited me today.

I enjoyed that.

He didn't seem to understand a lot of the things I was saying though. But he laughed at my jokes anyway.

I'm funny aren't I.

Yeah he was laughing.

I don't really remember our conversation.

But one thing I do remember is his laugh.

It keeps echoing in my head.

I'd do anything to hear that laugh again.

What happened after that though?

I'm trying to remember.

His laugh rang out.

One.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Five times.

Then it cut short.

They said "Zak your time is up."

No that's not what they said.

They said, "Zak Carder please step away from patient 14."

He smiled at me and said goodbye then he left.

He looked sad though.

Which person had made him upset.

It had been a man in all blue with a cap on. He had pale skin and a thin face. I remember him clearly.

I'll make sure to get him on my way to Zak.
