Minseok panics as chief lady of Kim household,Kim Hae Jin has called him at her home. When Minseok reaches,maid escorts him to hall room. As Minseok enters into hall room,he finds out Hae Jin( formal court lady of royal Kitchen and now chief lady of Kim household) and present royal court lady of royal Kitchen Kim Tae Hee are discussing something. Minseok takes his seat Infront of desk. As Minseok sits down ,Hae Jin starts,
"Cherry blossom festival is only 3 days ahead,but still concubine Byun isn't showing any sign of miscarriage. What if it doesn't happen until the festival. It will be then announced to outside the palace to general people."
"It's not like I am not doing my task properly,but he is so picky nowadays. He even not taking all food properly I am serving. He is constantly complaining that spices are making him to throw up. He is demanding foods without spices which is making the task so difficult for me as the abortifacient has so strong smell," court lady Kim says with in depressed voice.
"I think it's time to change our strategy," Hae Jin looks at Minseok.
"Yeah," Minseok timidly says. Actually he doesn't want to involve himself in it,he just wants to let others to do what they want keeping himself silent.
"Only yeah? Minseok ,you are not helping us. But we are doing these only for you. Such an useless, you are a person without backbone. Do you think you will keep you forever in such position if you remain such useless? Are you really a Kim?" Hae Jin says in angry voice.
"Say me what to do..." Minseok says in bold voice.

Kyungsoo suddenly gets bit amazed as Minseok calls him at late night. Kyungsoo shows him respect and waits for response from Minseok .
"It's really pathetic that you are going to be the most abandoned or probably future lower ranked one among us in this concubines' palace," suddenly Minseok starts.
"Why?"
"Concubine Byun will get first born. Then may be me. None knows when the crown prince will born. Either from me or him. Then you. So far from acceptable bloodline for throne."
Kyungsoo hesitates at such bitter truth. Minseok continues,
"Or may be so far. What if Baekhyun gets pregnant again. He is so clever among us. Conquering everything in such short time.Emperor is giving him so much time nowadays."
Kyungsoo sighs . He has noticed that too.
"There's a way to save us, Kyungsoo. Us means you and me,if you don't want to be the most abandoned one."
"What to do?" Kyungsoo says in bit hyped voice. Minseok looks at the big doe eyes of Kyungsoo which are now filled with curiosity.
"Do you think that Byun family can protect the first born child or if it's crown prince? Protecting a crown prince is the most dangerous difficult thing for even higher rank family like yours or mine.You know the royal tradition afterall. Why don't nip in the bud?"
Kyungsoo remains silent for few moments then loses his curiosity and replies,
" I can't."
"Haha... Can't... Well,some people prefer abandoned life then may be. Why, Kyungsoo? Are you thinking you are alone? Whatever..... Do you want a deal ? What if I don't make you to drink that birth control soup once and later support you. Obviously after I get my crown prince. Then the palace won't remain compliance to such strict rules of birth control and you know I have influence on royal family. After I get my crown prince,then it will be you. Want such a deal?" Minseok whispers at the last sentence.
"Umm... I don't know. Can you give me some time to think?" Kyungsoo says in confused voice.
"Time? You need time? Kill it, Kyungsoo. It's not like you have to do it in own hands. Just help us with bit information. Remove it from our way. Who is he to conquer over higher rank like us?"

Next day
Kyungsoo enters into his room after taking dinner with Baekhyun.
And he did it...
Kyungsoo's body is trembling now. He shared information with royal Kitchen about Baekhyun's preference . He made an unknown court lady to add hot mercury ( a dangerous poison) to add in Baekhyun's favourite pickled dried fruit's Jar.
He convinced Baekhyun to eat poisonous ribs dish and porridge. Now he is afraid, although when he left from Baekhyun's room, Baekhyun wasn't sick.
Kyungsoo doesn't know why he is praying that Baekhyun won't be sick. He is now sighing that he won't handshake with Minseok for it.
Kyungsoo takes preparation to sleep.
But he can't sleep while laying on the bed,his heart is beating so faster in unknown fear.

Kyungsoo sleeps at late night. His sleep breaks at bit early morning hearing knocking at the door. Kyungsoo responds after few times. A maid enters inside. She says while taking fast breathing in sobbing voice,
"I am from east wing, your highness. Concubine Byun is so sick. He is throwing up blood . He is asking for you."
