The maids were fixing Chanyeol's robe, when Eunuch Jung reaches the news to emperor Chanyeol that royal physician Lee Shin Bee has come to meet him to talk about Concubine Byun's sickness.

" Tell him to come in," Chanyeol says while checking himself in the mirror.

The royal physician enters and bows to show respect. Eunuch Jung signs him to start his speech.

"Can I talk in bit privacy, your majesty?" Shin Bee asks in humble voice.

Chanyeol signs the maids and eunuchs to leave and turns towards physician Shin Bee .

"Your majesty,last night I was confused about the diagnosis after checking Concubine Byun. So, I was waiting upto morning to observe him. I have checked him again. He is on third to fourth week of his pregnancy."

Chanyeol remains expressionless hearing the news.He pours wine on his glass to make himself calm .So,was Baekhyun in physical relationship with someone else other than him? How can Baekhyun be pregnant while he was always on birth control?

" What's your explanation about this? He was always on birth control. The baby isn't mine, right?" Chanyeol asks in cold voice while sipping the wine.

" Our birth control preparation mainly based on herbs. Concubine Byun has severe allergic tendency to herbs. We couldn't get any appropriate effective herbs suitable for him. He was on a birth control made of persimmon pedicle. It isn't effective for everyone. We were searching for effective one,but meanwhile he had already a physical relationship with you, your majesty. During that time I wasn't in palace. My fellow physician counted on their luck that it would work for him. But may be it won't be ,he is someone from costal area. As the royal physician takes leave, eunuch Jung enters to serve emperor again.

"Eunuch Jung! Call the guards who were in charge to eye over Chinese emperor and also all the spies from concubines' palace. And cancel morning assembly saying I am not feeling well to attend, " Chanyeol says while loosing the robe from his body.

Baekhyun is now sitting on the floor of his room hugging his knees. He is so much afraid,the door of his room is locked from outside. Baekhyun has several times requested to others to unlock the door,but none is responding.

Suddenly the door of his room gets opened revealing able consort Minseok and concubine Kyungsoo behind. Baekhyun isn't feeling so well about this sudden entry . He remains seated on the floor.

" Our concubine Byun was enjoying his palace life until get caught for infidelity. So who is the palace guard with whom you slept?" Min Seok asks with hate in his eyes to Baekhyun.

"What you want to say?" Baekhyun eyes Min Seok with corner of his eyes. He definitely knows Min Seok will never says anything fair to him.
