Hoseok was in his studio working on a new song with Jimin lying on a nearby couch in his studio a few feet away from him. He had been bopping his head to the beat as Jimin laid on his side and read a book that Namjoon had recommended him to read. Jimin was deep in his own little world until he could have sworn he saw something crawl across the floor out of the corner of his eye. He looked up from his book but found saw nothing so he went back to reading. A bit of time passed and Hoseok got up from his chair as he rubbed his eyes.
"I'm gonna get something to eat baby." Hoseok told Jimin before going over to him.
Jimin hummed in response and smiled as Hoseok went over and kissed his forehead before leaving. He slightly closed the door to the studio as Jimin continued reading. He read a while more until he saw the same blur of something moving across the floor. Jimin looked up again and looked around the room. He saw nothing again but this time he kept watching for a while more. More time passed and Jimin was about to open his book again when he saw it come out and crawl to the middle of the floor, a few feet away from where his shoes were and where he was laying.
Hoseok went into the kitchen and opened the fridge to see if there was any leftover from last night's dinner. He had been composing all day and he was starving after skipping breakfast and lunch almost. He dug around the fridge a bit and eventually found a small bowl of chicken noodle soup. He smiled as he took it out and grabbed a soda for the side before placing them on the counter. Hoseok opened the lid of the bowl and placed it in the microwave for 2 minutes so it would be nice and hot for him to eat. He leaned against the counter and whistled the beat he was composing as he started dancing a bit and mumbling the lyrics.
"Chicken noodle soup, chicken noodle soup, chicken noodle soup with a soda on the side." Hoseok mumbled as he danced a bit until the microwave beeped, indicating his food was ready to eat. Hoseok happily bounced around as he was careful to take out the bowl and placed it on the counter. He grabbed a spoon and started to eat the soup after letting it cool down. He drank his sprite and ate happily until he heard Jimin's screams of horror coming from the studio.
Hoseok immediately dropped what he was doing and ran to the studio as fast as he could. He flung the door open and looked around frantically.
"What's wrong! What happened!"
Hoseok looked over and saw Jimin standing on the couch.
"Hobi hurry! There's a spider!!" Jimin whined as he stood at the back of the couch.
Hoseok had seen he threw his book on the floor as he looked around.
"Where is it?" He asked.
Jimin just pointed to where he had seen it last crawl. Hoseok squint his eyes but saw nothing. He turned to Jimin and stuck his arms out as Jimin went into his arms and clung to him like a koala, not wanting to touch the floor.
"Minie there's nothing here." Hoseok reassured Jimin as he stroked his hair.
Jimin shook his head no as he turned and saw the same thing crawling back out.
"There!" Jimin pointed.
Hoseok turned and saw a huge spider crawling out from under his desk and to the center of the floor. Immediately Hoseok felt his soul leave his body as he turned and bolted out of there.
"What the hell!"
"Go kill it!" Jimin told him as Hoseok set him down in the living room.
"Kill it? Why me!" Hoseok complained.
"Because you're the boyfriend!" Jimin whined.
"So are you!"
"Just go kill it!"
"You kill it!"
"No you!"
Hoseok sighed in defeat as he took off his shoe and cautiously approached the studio again with Jimin hiding behind him. Hoseok opened the door and saw the spider in its same spot as he carefully approached it and nudged it with the tip of his shoe.
"Go. Leave."
Hoseok kept nudging it but the spider didn't move. Until it grabbed the tip of his shoe and grabbed it back. Hoseok and Jimin screamed as Hoseok dropped the shoe and ran out.
"SAVE YOURSELVES!"
"Hey come back!"
Both ran away and jumped on the living room couch shaking.
"That's it Minie, we have to burn down the dorm. That spider owns us now." Hoseok said as they looked at the studio door.
Just then Jungkook came into the living room with a worried look on his face.
"What's wrong Kookie?" Jimin asked as he clung to Hoseok.
"Have you guys seen my tarantula?" Jungkook asked as he looked around the room.
Both of their eyes widened and pointed to the studio in unison. Jungkook went inside where his hyungs pointed to and smiled.
"Lily!"
Jungkook happily came out of the studio with his tarantula in his hand.
"Thanks hyungs!" Jungkook said and smiled.
"I swear to god if that thing is female." Hoseok said.
"Ha! No it's male don't worry." Jungkook reassured and went back to his room.
"Our kids better not have a weird spider obsession in the future." Hoseok said and looked down at Jimin.
Jimin just nodded with wide eyes as he stayed in Hoseok's embrace.
"Yeah, I hope so." Jimin said as Hoseok put a hand on Jimin's flat stomach and kissed his forehead.
