------------Y/N's POV------------

Sliding another piece of pizza onto my plate I shook my head looking up at Shayne who was sat just next to me screaming 'Get Lucky' by Daft Punk.

"Are you done yet?" I quirked my brow at him.

"She's up all night 'till the sun! I'm up all night to get some! She's up all night for good fun! I'm up all night to get lucky!" He screamed louder, leaning over in his seat to get closer to me. Courtney seemed to be the only one amused by Shayne's antics.

Mari nudged me in the side, holding up her phone, "have you seen these?" She was scrolling through the comments of the picture she took of me on top of Wes' shoulders. Laughing she pointed out some interesting ones.

"Why do I ship Wes and Y/N now?"

"Y/N and Wes would make a cute couple!"

"Wait...I'm boarding the Wes and Y/N ship and no one can stop me."

"why are they so cute together?"

"Wes and the new girl look like they are having fun *wink* *wink*"

"Oh god," I covered my face with my hands, looking down, "put that away!" Peeking through my fingers I watched Mari pass her phone to Courtney across the table.

Courtney's eyes widened as she read through some comments, chuckling, "well, people definitely seem to like you and Wes together." Damien, who was sat next to Courtney, didn't look happy as he read comments over her shoulder.

"What are they saying?" Joven asked excitedly from his seat at the head of the table. He bounced in his chair and outstretched his hands, silently asking for the phone.

I looked back to Damien and reached my foot out, lightly kicking him to get his attention. His brows were furrowed and he had a deep frown on his face when he finally tore his eyes away from Mari's phone to look over at me. Dropping my hands I smiled at him, nodding my head in the direction of the kitchen door.

"They think we'd be a cute couple!" I heard Wes laugh. Choosing to ignore him and everyone else gawking at the comments I pushed myself out of my chair, grabbed my plate and slipped behind everyone to make it to the door. Damien was waiting for me when I got there, I smiled up at him and grabbed his hand with my empty one.

Guiding him out of the kitchen I brought him into the empty living room, sitting down on the long couch next to the lit fireplace, "they don't know the full story."

Looking over at me he tilted his head slightly to one side, "what?"

"The fans," I explained setting my plate on the coffee table in favor of holding both his hands in mine, "they don't see everything that's has or is going on. They're jumping to conclusions based on a single picture. I bet if you posted a picture of us together right now those same people would be saying the same things about us two instead of Wes and I." He nodded along as I spoke, his frown slowly becoming less and less pronounced.

"I know all those things, like, I understand them...I guess it's just hard to remember that when people are saying that the girl you have a crush on would make a cute couple with one of my best friends."
