The wind hollowed while the bright sun rays dimmed directly from the window glass to the room . Ahmad gave a slight shriek ,he looked toward his right and saw little Abdullah sleeping peaceful. He thought about last night, he wondered why Jaafar wants to see him, he was hoping no problem. He finally made up his mind to tell his mother about Murjah. He just needs to marry her . Maybe after getting married to her ,she will respect him a lot. But something was on his mind she won't bear any child for him because they won't be regular husband and wife, he's doing this all because of Abdullah and Hajiya.
Later in the day, Ahmad went to hajiya's house . On getting there they saw her sweeping the compound all by her self. He was annoyed .
"Ina kwana Hajiya." he squatted.
"Oyoyo, my boy welcome", she took Abdullah by his hand totally ignoring her son.
Ahmad managed to say "let's go inside."
Abdullah sat on his grandmother's lap, while the Dad was busy staring at the Africa wall painting with two women and a beautiful sunset which was hung there on the wall.
"Abdullah, go and play with your toy in Mama room OK?"
The little boy comply."OK Abba."
"uhum Hajiya I want to talk to you about something important."his voice was mild and gentle.
"Am all ears." Hajiya kept a straight face.
"it's uhum about my marriage, I guess I have found someone."
His mum changed her sitting position, her face suddenly lit up."Really,do I know?no what family is she from?
He nodded "I will answer your question, one by one."
He told her about everything about Murjanatu, he lied that he's really in love with her, but the problem is she can't accepted him.

Feeling much guilt, it's clearly written on his face,he was feeling bad on how she accepted his proposal open handedly. Jaafar have no choice but to go on with this union, because it seems predestined,he have tried his several best,Deep down he hoped and prayed that his friend doesn't find out. He was thinking she will decline.
He plan to tell her elder brother the truth, a problem shared is half solved.
Few hours later, he set up a meeting with Adam. Luckily for him, Adam wasn't busy. They decided to meet at an eatery close to his vicinity. They sat down in a VIP area.
A attendant ask for their order, they oredered.
He smiled widely "I will like to have meat pie and a sprite . Get his own order. "Jafaar looked at Adam, who was already getting impatient.
"What are you up to? "Adam spat seems he was having a bad day.
"I need to talk to you about something important.its about Murjah. "
Hearing that, he gave him a go ahead with his facial expression. Jafaar start to narrate from the first day they met, and how he had advice his friend to get married to her. Adam was boiling, he dropped the cup violently demanding for him to stop, he walked out angrily leaving a confused Jafaar.

She walked down from the street at 8pm, she packed her long gown to walked quickly because she knew it's very dangerous at the street. Had she known she wouldn't have stayed long, and she knows she's still very unfamiliar with the area. A few step she took, a guy just showed up from no where, and stood by her front, he looked messy and he smelled alcohol.
"Fine girl, na mie you dey find? He was already trying to touch her.
She looked scared to death.
"You don't want to answer me abi? "He held her hand.
"Leave her alone, before I kill you!!. "Adam dragged the guy violently before he ran away.
"Rahma what are doing here alone, don't you know it's dangerous ehnn, I won't forgive myself if something could have happened to you. You should have called me to pick you up. " He was saying all this while she was crying.
"I don't wa-nt to bo-th-er you."she cried again.
"Then please continue to bother me ok? Can we go to where my is car now? "
She nodded. The drive was short and calm....
"See you tomorrow am coming to see kawu (uncle) "He smied mischievously and zoom off.
Rahma wondered why he wants to see her uncle. She entered the living room, and she saw aunty (her uncles wife) sitting on the tiger shroff couch watching TV.
"Kindawo? "Aunty gave her the warmest smile ever.
"Yes Aunty. Ya gida? Gaskiya yunwa name ji (am really hungry). "Rahma touched her tummy dramatically.
"Look at you, go to kitchen there's food there. "
Sbe was about to go to kitchen when she remembered something "Ehen Aunty if a guy you are going out with says he's visiting your guardian what does this means? "
Aunty laughed hardly, more less like mocking her. "Is someone coming for you? "
"Haba no, it's my friend that asks ohhh, me keh? "she lied.
"Tell that your friend that, he's coming to seek her hand in marriage, and you know how guys these days don't follow the proper way, that person is such a gentleman uf he did. "Aunty explained.
Marriage?? She's not ready, is a Big time commitment. She needed time to think very well. It's too early.
