Your POV

Flashback

Y/N: Age fifteen

"Stop messing with my sister," I told a group of older kids and pulled my sister away from them. Of course there was always a tough guy in a group of bullies.

"What are you going to do about it, pipsqueak?" he asked.

"I will beat your ass," I replied. He pushed me down making me scrap my hand on the pavement. I got up, punched him as hard as could in his stomach and when he leaned down I put him in an arm bar. I pulled and I pulled until his arm snapped making him release a pain screech. I got up and leaned down over him.

"Don't you mess with my sister again," I said and he nodded quickly. I walked over to Syd and grabbed her hand pulling her towards the house. The first thing this bitch did was snitch on me.

"She beat up some random kid for no reason," I heard Syd say to our parents.

"She did what?" my mom asked.

"She beat up this guy. He's probably still laying on the side walk. She even broke his arm," Syd said and my mom called me. Syd had a smirk on her face which made me mad.

"What did you do?" my mother asked.

"I didn't do anything wrong. He was messing with Syd and even pushed me first. He's way bigger than I am, so why would I go pick a fight with him?" I told her and she hit me three times as hard as she could on my back. She left a big purple bruise. She was yelling at me and I heard none of it. Whenever she finished, I nodded my head. I was ready to kill Sydney.

"I am very disappointed in you, Y/N," my dad said and that hit a nerve.

"I was only protecting my sister," I replied and he popped me in my mouth.

"Don't talk back to me, young lady. Go up to your room. Now," he replied and I went up to my room. Hours had gone by and I just stayed in my room sitting on the floor. I had finished my homework and showered. I didn't eat because I had no appetite and didn't want to be bothered. The doorbell rung and I guess my mother answered it. I cracked my door open a little bit just to hear what was going on.

"Hi, Mr. and Mrs. Y/L/N, Lawrence here has something he wants to say to Sydney," Lawrence's mother said.

"I'm sorry for teasing and picking on you. I'm sorry for my childish behavior. Your little sister is really scary."

"I'd also like to thank Y/N for putting him in his place even if that meant breaking his arm. He's gonna remember that forever," his mom said laughing.

"I accept your apology, Lawrence," Syd said.

"Good night," his mother said and walked away with her son.

"Sydney, why in the hell would you lie on your sister like that?" my dad asked her and she shrugged.

"Answer me," my dad said and my mom sat there looking dumb.

"I don't know. I just wanted her to get in trouble," she replied.

"In trouble? Since you want someone to be in trouble, you're going to be doing PT. You better be up at five or else the punishment will become severe. On top of that, I want you to right a five page essay apologizing to your sister. Do you understand?" he asked her.

"Yes, dad," she replied.

"Go finish cleaning the dishes and go to bed," he told her. I slowly closed my door and just looked out of the window. Since where we lived didn't have as much light pollution, you could see some of the constellations. After an hour, I felt myself becoming tired, so I got in my bed and turned my fan on.
