CHAPTER 13: Disappointed

Grey's POV

"I should haven't said that to her!" I screamed as I throw another thing that was closest to me. I don't fucking care what is that.

"Calm down bro! Its not yet death!" Vince tell me while giving me his sharpest look.

I really regret what I did to her. I promise not to hurt her and no one will, but I broke it. I punch the wall, making the guys flinch and pull my hair in frustration.

"Grey! Nothings gonna happen if you'll spend your time doing those stuffs!" Eighron shouts at me, acting like my father.

"What's nothings gonna happen! Fuck guys! I'm about to lose her!" I said, sitting harshly.

"Why?! Does punching walls and throwing things can make Via realize that you didn't mean what you'd said?! Huh?!" This time it was River. Really this guy is good at realizing things but he can't apply it to his own self.

Who is that guy with Via?

I see how Via looks at him with admiration and same as he looks at Via. I've never know that Via has a boyfriend. The way the boy or supposed to be he called Xaviee, hold her, the way he kiss her forehead. It really drives me crazy, I can't believe it! I really hate why this girl makes me feel like this. Like...why am I jealous?

"Do you love Via?" I snap my head towards River. I stared at him, trying to process what he had been asking me.

"So...are we playing 'stare with each other' here and the one who blinks will be the loser?" Vince asked from beside me.

Do I love her? I don't know...

"How to know if you love a girl?" I asked them that makes them give me the weirdest look they got. What? I'm just asking...

"Love is not about knowing, its about feeling!" Eighron stated dramatically. Oh! So that was love is...

River let out a heavy sigh and stand up from the chair he was sitting," When you get angry to that someone because you saw her or him with other people laughing and making sweet moves with each other it means you had feelings for her or him" he explained. Where did he get that?

"Yup that's true! And you cared about her or him. Even yourself don't know why do you feel like that when you see her or him because that's how it works and you can't control what's that feeling arousing from your heart", Eighron added. Whoa! I looked at Eighron with wide eyes.

Fuck that her or him!

"And that how love goes. If you know what love is, it is because of her or him. All everything that you understand, you understand because you love. Take time bro, realize, be prepared... For one human being to love another: that is perhaps the most difficult to our tasks..." Vince explained...

"Yupp... The  ultimate, the last test and proof, the work for which all other work for which all other work is but preparation." Added River. I stared at them with shock. What did just happen to this guys?

"Let me guess that... It was Rainer Maria Rilke's quote right?" I asked them...

Three of them nodded in agreement. This guys. I slap my forehead trying to register what had really happen from this three.

"I advice you bro...don't hate every single piece of it." Vince warned me while typing something from his phone.

"Remember that darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that" here we go again Eighron...

"Was that Martin Luther King. Jr's quote?" I asked them again and of course it is true.

A second of silence interrupted after the talk. I lowered my head and think but I can't. I raise my head and saw River raised an eyebrow to the two. What are they planning?

After figuring something is up about their little movements a blanket was covered at me and they drag me towards the bed and pillows were slamming one by one at my face.

"Serves you right huh!" I heard Eighron laugh as he slam the pillow directly at my face.

"You know Grey! Every words of the quotes you already memorize but you're still not applying it!" and again a pillow was slam at my back...

"Yeah... What is the used of reading those quotes if you're not even applying it in real life situation!" Again a pillow was slam at the back of my head... Says the one who's really applying it.

"Okay! Okay! Stop! Next time I will. Just please end this up before I cut your balls off Bullshits!" I shout but it was muffled because of the blanket covering at me.

They pull off the blanket and laugh hysterically in my situation. Really? After I emoted they're just going to make fun of me? I take a glanced at myself in the mirror.

Oh--- the best word to describe my face is 'SUCKS'

"What now? Scared to ruin your bad boy reputation?" River appeared at my back and said those words.

"Fuck off!" I said pushing him that makes the three of them laugh.

After a couple of minutes hanging out with this guys they decided to go home. I breathe in relief because there's no one to bother me right now.

Speaking about my father, he was at the hospital from outside the country. Because of something happened about where he is working. And me here was stuck up and live by myself. He told me not to come visit to him, so that's what I did if that's what he want.

While laying down at my bed a sudden flashback of memory on what had happened between me and Via came flooded through my mind. I should've not said that to her.

Bored inside my room, I decided to go through Via's house. I changed my clothes, took my car keys and went directly through Via's house. Well mom and Courtney was not here because of having a trip to New York, why not savor this freedom.

A couple of minutes passed by, I arrived at Via's house at exactly 8:30 p.m. midnight. I tried to examine her house if there's a hint of her parents but as far as I can see there are not here. I twist the door and find it locked, which is good to know that no one can enter easily.

Because the door is lock. Well, as smart as me of course we're going to climb up in her window.

I tried to push the window open, still it was locked up but I see through the visible glass the reflection of Via, trying to make her self sleep. She keeps on moving and moving and moving to her bed, so I decided to knock.

Joking😂 actually I'm really really busy from now. I have my research study to work on, a project to be past in this upcoming Friday, a performance to be finished for this upcoming last Saturday of October...
