Grey's POV
Until now, my other half is screaming of her again and again. I missed her soft skin lingering towards mine, her fragrant hair brushing at my nose, her smiles that makes my world go round, and mostly his soft lips that harmonize mine every time we kissed.
"Hey honey! You're coffee is waiting for you to drink it." I snap out of my deep thoughts when my mom awakes me in my daydreams.
While Courtney in here let's out a chuckle as she see's my situation. Actually, I didn't expect that they'll be home this early. I just got here and to my surprised a little Courtney is jumping up and down in the couch.
"You could've seen your face!" Courtney said between laughs.
I shake my head and took a sip from my coffee. Looking at a distant, I don't know what I'm thinking until that letter that Smith's send me, interrupted my whole savoury moment.
Wait! What the fuck! Where's the letter?
I almost spit out my coffee, as I remember that the letter is now missing. Note the word, ALMOST. My mom starred at me weirdly, avoiding his Stares, I jumped out of my chair and run towards my room.
Where is that fucking letter?
Rummaging through my drawer, nothing. At the pocket of my clothes, nothing. Under my bed, the pillows, the blankets, still nothing! I pull my hair in frustration. Pacing back and forth at my room, a knock was heard from my door.
"Grey! Can you please come out of your room this instant." My mom came banging at my door, requesting me to come out.
I open the door tiredly and followed her as she walks downstairs towards the--- wait. Where is she going? To the guest room? Where on earth we're heading? I still kept silent as she leads the way, until we settled in to a room or somewhat like office.
I've never seen this room before at my VERY OWN HOUSE. Totally unbelievable! As far as I can see, it was painted in white, a table is place at the center and a couch facing on it. Bookshelves, with different kinds of books, cabinets... Some do have locks and some are just came up with a handle.
"What did I do now?" I ask, letting an upset sigh, crossed my arms and lean at the door frame.
"Enter... Close the door and sit" my mom ordered with stern visible in her voice. Of course, for a good boy like me I follow my mother's command. I sit in the couch opposite to her.
"Your father told me about that girl you bring here a day before." she said while arranging the magazines at the table between us. "He told me that she was involved from killing Martin"
I grit my teeth as I heard the name of that guy again. Who is he? Like what is behind of that story why Via is involved in that.
"So what he's planning to kill her without even further knowing if Via do really kill that fucking Martin with her bare hands?!" I said with an annoyed look at my face. Be thankful I can hold my temper because of this glass table that makes me regret if I punch it.
"Grey Alex Anderson! For how many times I should remind you that lessen your behavior with that filthy mouth!" My mom shouts at me. But not that, in the top of her lungs. Just a shout that makes me understand.
"Okay! I'm sorry!" I said letting out a frustrated sigh and lean my back at the couch.
"Good. Then, back to the topic... You're father didn't know that you are with that girl. So as early as I can remind you, you'd better leave that girl ALONE! If you don't want her to die." My mom stand up and leave me here with a mixture of emotions going through my mind.
"I won't let that happen..." I say while getting up from the couch and walk towards the hallways.
"I know you know all of this Grey and I know you're dying to know who killed Martin. I also know that he is sending letters to you." I looked at my mom with a shock expression.
"Why didn't you tell me earlier that he was sending me letters before?" I asked her, trying to hold my anger.
"Its not my place to tell you..." She said.
To avoid a lot of curiosity, I left the room just to stop listening much more information that will leave me into a worst situation.
I went back to my room and the memory that happened with me and Via last night came flooding at my thoughts.
"And I've never kissed someone before and now its you..."
I can't believe that I was her first kiss. Maybe her soft plump lips already explained that she had never kiss someone before. After 20 minutes of starring the ceiling and imagining everything about what had happened, the ringing of my phone interrupted the silence.
It is an unknown number...
I answered the call to know of who is this person behind the phone.
"Hello" I said
"Well hello there Anderson. I guess you know already who is this." A guy answered.
"Who the fuck are you?! If I do know you I'd rather leave the phone rings again and again than to answer it and talk with this bastard!" I spit at him because of annoyance.
He chuckles " Calm down, we haven't yet in the middle of this situation. Its just the beginning Anderson and I know you already receive the letter right? "
"Smith Sebastian huh? The son of the famous drug dealer Martin Sebastian that was being killed by who-knows-who and trying to take a revenge to a girl who doesn't even move a muscle to kill that father of yours" I said rolling my eyes.
"Shut up Anderson! You'd better be here if you prefer to live a last longer"
"Threatening me won't make an impact." I said and turn off the call.
I almost forgot that I am going to meet him this day. Not that I am scared, I just decided to occupied my mind about Via.
Wearing my clothes, as plain as black. Well that's the only color of my clothes here in the closet, nothing else. I grab my keys and went straight to the area where Sebastian told me to meet him.
