First and importantly we need to cover hygiene.
You cannot I repeat CANNOT expect to be a baddie if you don't look healthy.
1. SHOWER. shower at least once a day with bar soup and then with a body wash. I recommend using the same brand/scent bar soap and body wash. also, make sure to exfoliate your body at least twice a week to get rid of the built-up dirt ewwww.
2. LOTION. anytime you wash any part of your body make sure you apply lotion right after. lotion keeps your skin moisturized, healthy, and glowing.
3. DEODORANT. apply deodorant as often as you can. mornings and nights. we aren't tryna stink every time we lift our arms...
4. PERFUME. put vaseline the places you wanna spray the perfume for a long-lasting smell. Spray a little bit of perfume in your hair. you should spray perfume on the wrist, neck, behind ear, behind knees, and inner upper thighs (wink, wink).
5. EAT HEALTHY. what you enter into your body will reflect on how you look on the outside. eat your fruits and your veggies. if you don't like them it doesn't matter you eat them anyways. its best for your body. I am not saying you can't eat your hot cheetos but just make sure you're eating healthy too.
6. SLEEP. Aim to get 7-9 hours of sleep each night.
7. DRINK WATER. at least 8 cups honeyy. If its hard for you to drink water, add fruit to it. It makes it look and taste betterrr:)))
8. BRUSH YOUR TEETH. brush your teeth at least twice a day. floss twice a day. use mouthwash in the morning. make sure to really scrap your tongue cause that is what mainly causes the bad breath.
9. SHAVING. i will get more into detail of this in another section. but make sure to shave weekly or as often as needed for baby smooth skin. if you prefer having hair, you do you boo.
