how to make the best out of quarantine

yes, we all are trapped in the house.

but being a baddie think of this as a time of self-care and self-improvement.

1. Workout

if you don't work out already this is a great time to start a routine and actually stick to it. Working out is a great way to past time. It will also show great results when you go back to school. DONT OVER WORK YOUR BODY! I take Saturday and Sunday off and on Monday I like the take it easy.

If you already workout, stick to that routine bby. Don't slack because your lazy and don't feel like doing anything. have the mentality "what I am doing now is for next month's results".

2. DON'T STAY ON YOUR PHONE 24/7

yes, i understand that since there isn't anything else to do you automatically go to your phone to spare time but this isn't healthy for you. At the beginning of quarantine, I spent 10 hours on my phone a day, on social media or scrolling through TikTok. Wasting time. Then i realized how i am wasting time when i could value this time instead.

3. Read

Yes, I am talking about books. Being a baddie we have to stay knowledgeable. I hate reading but my parents have issued me books to read every week. And at first, i didn't think it would have any sort of purpose, but it does. Every book you read teaches you a lesson and if it didn't you didn't read it right.

4. Journal COVID-19

Journal every single day. Yes, it's worth it. Well, it will be in the future. Cause we are really living in a future history lesson bby. This is also great so you can stay up to date on what's going on in the world.

5. Instagram

Ok if your a baddie..you probably post pictures on Instagram. If you don't that's completely fine but you should start. Post pictures on your page. Get all dressed up. Find ideas on Pinterest for pictures. This is literally so fun to do and it gives you something to look forward to. If you want picture ideas or outfit ideas look on my Instagram (prettyy.talia).

6. Hygiene/Self Care

I have selfcare story that you can look at for ideas. But just make sure your taking care yourself but also take extra care of yourself. Like take baths, do facial steams, scrub your feet, lip scrubs, just go the extra mile. When you come back from school or summer time, you wanna look a whole brand new b...!

7. Healthy Eating

Ok so your at home, lazy, bored, craving junk food. No take that shit out of your mind. What you eat will reflect you on the outside. lmaoo i think i said that right. But just eat your fruits, veggies, and protein.

8. Discover New Music

I love music. I literally have a playlist for every mood. But being a baddie you needa find how you just relax. and for me its meditating or listening to music.

9. DONT TEXT YOUR EX.

this one should be self-explanatory. You a BADDIE. yall broke up for a reason. move on. you deserve better. if he text you. don't respond. PERIODT!

10. Do you online work!

It's not cool to skip. Definitely not for a baddie..so not cool. Just do your assignments, study, and you will do fine.
