Meredith and Lexie drove back home in complete silence. ' Meredith whats wrong?' asked Lexie nervous. ' you really dont get it Alexandra?' asked Meredith madly ' Meredith?' Meredith drove her car to the side of the road and turned her head to Lexie ' You were dead.. i really cant explain how depressed i was.. and now your back alive.. you never were dead Lexie.. and now we have to get our shit together and be okay.. its just i cant' Lexie looked at Meredith with wide puppy eyes ' Dont look at me like that Lexie' ' do you think it's easy for me?' stuttered Lexie awkward ' I dont say that Lexie.. i just, you died..' Meredith started the motor and they drove home.

' You can sleep in the spare bedroom' said Meredith whom gave Lexie a pile of blankets. Derek looked strange at Lexie and Meredith. ' Uh thanks, ill be going to bed now, goodnight' said Lexie whom gave a kiss on Zola's cheek . ' Goodnight' said Derek with his dreamy voice. Lexie waved him goodbye and walked upstairs

Derek and Meredith put Zola in her bed with her stuffed animals and sat on the couch, ' what happened with you and lexie' asked Derek sad ' she died' said Meredith and with that she couldnt help but cry, tears ran down her cheeks.. she couldn't be strong anymore. Lexie sat on the stairs listening to Meredith cry and Derek hushing her. Lexie heard Zola ask for Meredith ' Mommy, mommy?' Lexie walkedd in ' what is it zozo?' asked Lexie with a childish tone ' your not mommy, you aunt lexie, are you back from your holiday' Lexie smiled ' i am back' Lexie patted Zola's hair and kissed her cheek . She saw Zola's eyes close slowly ' goodnight zozo' and with that Lexie left.
Lexie changed into her pyjama's and crawled up in her bed, she grabbed her phone and saw 5 new texts.
Mark ; Hey lexie.. we really should have a good talk
Arizona ; wow.. im still in shock lex.. im glad your back
Mark; Alexandra misses youu
Owen; your shift starts at 8
Cristina ; dont hurt my person.
Lexie wiped away a tear, its weird to get texts from familiar names, She couldn't believe Mark kept her phone. She walked threw all of her pictures. She saw selfies of her with brown hair and pictures with all of her friends, pictures of Zola, pictures of her first ultra sound. E-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. God i missed them
Lexie fell asleep holding a picture of her and Mark.
the doorbell rang and Derek opened the door ' Hey Mark' ' is Lexie awake?' asked Mark ' now she is still asleep' ' good, im gonna wake her up' Derek stepped aside surprised he walked in directly up to the stairs. Meredith walked out of the shower her wet hair in a pony tail an a bath rope on. ' Mark?' ' where is the spare bedroom' Meredith pointed to the room and Mark walked in. ' Goodmorming Lexx' Lexie stretched her arm, her leg and then her other arm and leg ' Mark?' ' Yeah' responded Mark grinning ' its time to get to work' ' Lexie stood up and hugged Mark, Mark grabbed Lexie's cheek and kissed her soft. Lexie changed in something easy and put her blond hair in a ponytail. They walked downstairs and sat down at the diner table where Meredith and Derek were finishimg their breakfast, Lexie grabbed a toast and ate it quickly. Mark and Lexie left together, Lexie and meredith still not speaking
