What do you want from me?

It was his first day at his new high school. Ethan was not your average high school boy. In fact, he has never really experienced school outside of his own home. As of 4 months ago, Ethan had been homeschooled and had little social interaction with people, especially his age.

However, Ethan had no clue what was in store for him with finally going to public school his junior year.

You see, Ethan was quite the catch, most girls would go as far to say he was the 'perfect' boy and that he could easily get any relationship he wanted. Ethan on the other hand, had not thought of himself similarly, and never really thought about relationships. So when Ethan had gotten to school that first morning, he did not quite expect the entrance he ended up receiving.

As soon as our mysterious home-schooled boy showed up to school, it would be safe to say that he caught the eye of E V E R Y person there, except one (but we'll get to that later)!

One of the first to speak to our poor Ethan was none other than the schools most popular group of boys! As if their looks weren't enough, they were all part of at least one of the school sports, and were in the most rigorous program at the school! (AN: I'm going to base the program off of the program I am in).

The first of the group to speak up was the one and only John Grenent, captain of the boys soccer team and extremely well-known by his academic achievements through Model United Nations. As he approached Ethan, he started to speak, "hey man! are you the new kid? I thought I heard about someone joining the IB program!" (AN: the IB program is the program I was referring to previously).

Though our Ethan was not socialized much, he certainly was a friendly character and was actually good with people and talking. As that goes, he decided to answer the friendly male in return. "Hi! I am new here, and I am in the IB program! In fact, do you mind maybe showing me where I should start my day?" Ethan replied with a welcoming smile. The group of boys he was referring to happily returned the smile, and inwardly began to make plans to recruit the boy to their little group.

Again, John decided to speak up before the others, "sure! I think the best plan would be to start off with the IB coordinator for your schedule. Then we can take you to your first class, if thats good with you...?" "My names Ethan", the boy in question quickly replied, understanding what John was hinting at. "And that works for me, thanks...?". "Oh you're right, it might help if you know our names! Well, I'm John, and the rest of the guys here are Alex-" John said while pointing at a boy with dark blonde hair and large brown eyes with just a hint of red in them. "Ash-" he said motioning to a boy with golden brown hair and dark green eyes that almost seemed to change into a bluish color. "Rye-" directing his attention to the tall boy with shiny black hair and glasses, covering most most of his bright lilac eyes. "and finally, Justin" he said, influencing Ethan to look to the last person standing in their group. To say the least, Justin looked a lot... different, though it did not affect how attractive he appeared to others, just as the rest of the boys. Justin sported white hair that looked like a light baby blue. He was also the most tan person there, making beautiful contrast with his light blue eyes. John on the other hand, had plain silky smooth blonde hair, along with deep blue eyes that appeared to pierce your soul.

With the short introduction of the following members, the group and their new student happily made their way to the coordinators office and received Ethans schedule. It turned out that all of the boys had their first and last classes together. In between those two, they all had at least one class with Ethan.

"Well, I guess we should start heading to class. HL Chemistry is never fun to miss" Rye mentioned as they walked down the halls together, catching the eyes of jealousy and passion among their fellow classmates.

It was a quiet walk to class, and the boys just learned more about their new friend. They learned where he came from, that he was homeschooled, as well as his relationship history (which took up virtually no time at all). As they walked into class, they passed a girl with H/L H/C hair, and E/C eyes. As if the popular group of boys wasn't enough, the queen bee of the school, also happened to have her first period being Chemistry. As the boys sat down at a table together, they couldn't help but stare (along with the rest of the class) at the H/C haired female. (Though our precious reader did not notice).

Y/N L/N, though she doesn't even notice (d e n s e much?!?!), she is the most powerful girl in school. Just like our group of boys, she is none other than a high-ranking student in the IB program, along with having all of the qualities anyone would kill to have (AN: we'll get to those later ;) )

It didn't take long for the class to come out of their staring fit, as the teacher arrived shortly after the students. As class started, Ethan could only wonder who the girl was, and why she was worshipped like a literal goddess at this school. I mean, it wasn't hard to notice how attractive she was, but why would there be such a fuss about it?

Class was gradually moving along, and Y/N was speeding through her work (come on, she is the smartest person in her grade, probably the school, but they had no real way to test that since she was still a junior). As the bell rang, the boys took one last look at each others schedules, and Ethan started walking to his next class who he shared with Alex and John.

Little to boys' knowledge, our little queen and them were going to be spending a lot more time together...

A/N:

Hi cuties! I hope you enjoyed the first official chapter! I wanted to let you know that this book will be just a thing I work on spontaneously, and there will not be an official schedule or anything like that. I will try my best to update this book whenever I can, however, as I stated I am in the IB program and it gets pretty (incredibly) hard. As stated before, I am open to critique and comments about my writing and any errors I may have missed! I hope y'all have a good day and you enjoy this book!

~I also wanted to let you know that, though it seems like Ethan is almost the only love-interest, I am focusing on the whole group of boys!

I will also try and make a chapter with the appearances of the guys. I did look at images on Pinterest for character design inspiration, so I think I picked out some hotties for you guys! I am also really bad with making up names, so let me know if you want me to change any!

P.S. This is my first story, I have been reading on Wattpad for a while now, and I finally decided to start writing for myself!
