"How the fuck..?"

Doyoung's eyes widened as he stared at the two males in front of his doorway. Taeyong smiled sheepishly as Jaehyun scratched the back of his head.

"I swear, I thought something was fishy when you didn't come home early. And then I found out you were also with a date, how come you never told me?!" Doyoung exclaimed, making Taeyong's eyes widened. The older abruptly shook his head, "we weren't on a date, we just passed by each other and thought we should hang out."

"In other words, a date." A voice popped up from behind Doyoung, Taeyong raised a brow and squinted his eyes the see the person better. It was Taeil. So their little date wasn't over yet.

"Of course you'd defend your boyfriend," Jaehyun chuckled, "but in all honesty, we just decided to hang out. I invited him to a friend's house and decided the two of us should go somewhere else instead," Jaehyun explained, shrugging at the end of his statement.

Unlike earlier, Doyoung just nodded, listening to Jaehyun's explanation well.

"So you listen to him but not to me?" Doyoung shrugged at Taeyong's question. "Most probably," Taeil answered for Doyoung instead. "Anyways, let's get in now, it's pretty late." Taeil looked at Jaehyun, "do you wanna stay for the night here, it's already so late?"

Jaehyun looked at Doyoung, then at Taeyong, who was literally looking like he wished for Jaehyun to stay. It was already late anyways. With a sigh, he answered, "sure."

Doyoung smiled in satisfaction before opening the door wider for Taeyong and Jaehyun to come in. When everyone was inside, he closed the door and head to the living room.

"So anyways, me and Taeil are probably going to stay up till three and watch Netflix or something. You guys do whatever you want, just don't fuck—"

"You're going way too fast, I just broke up with my boyfriend, you expect me to fuck someone now?"

"Wait," Jaehyun's eyes widened, "you had a boyfriend?"

Instead of Taeyong, Doyoung was the one who answered, "of course he already had. You expect someone as handsome as him to be single?"

Jaehyun's lips formed into a straight line, "no, just surprised."

"What about you, Jaehyun?" Taeil smiled at the younger, "did you ever have a love life?"

Now that Jaehyun thinks about it, he never did anything to get a love life. He was too busy. "Unfortunately, no. I already have a lot of things on my plate, I'm not willing to get a guy to add up more problems."

For some reason, Taeyong's heart cracked.

"Wait, you're gay?" Jaehyun nodded at Doyoung's question, "why are you surprised? Was I not already obvious?"

"No," everyone answered in unison, causing Jaehyun to laugh. His dimples formed and Taeyong nearly had a heart attack just by looking at it.

"So," Taeil spoke up, "what are we gonna watch on Netflix?"

"Bird box?"

"No."

"The Nun?"

"No."

"Escape room?"

"No."

"Then what do you wanna watch?" Doyoung asked everyone frustratedly, they all shrugged and waved him off. Doyoung rolled his eyes before facing the television, what great friends I have, he thought before pressing a random drama.

———

"Damn, my back hurts," Taeyong mumbled as he sat up straight on the couch. Last night, they all fell asleep in three in the morning. They all slept in the living room. Taeyong was on the couch, with Jaehyun just leaning on it. Doyoung was on the floor while Taeil lying on the younger's stomach.

Taeyong stood up, stretching as he heads to the kitchen.

"Are you gonna cook?" A voice asked from behind him. Taeyong smiled as he nodded, "wanna join, Jae?"

Jaehyun smiled, "yeah."
