DRACO POV

"Here are all of the reasons why: We both have feelings for each other. I'm guessing you're getting sick of living with the Weasley's, don't think I didn't know about them. I really love you and I'm sick of waiting for you and being alone. Also, Hermione, you're hot. As in appearance, gorgeous. Why wouldn't I want that in my life?" I smirked as I finished, watching her cheeks blush crimson.

"I know I want to. I want you, badly. I just can't leave the Weasleys with all that happened with Harry and Ron..." Her voice drifted off as she got lost in thought.

"What about them?" I question, eyebrows shooting up in question.

"It's a long story," She sighed.

"Well, I guess it's going to be a long night," I smile at her.

"Fine, but you have to promise not to tell anyone. So after Voldemort was defeated, I ran and hid. Ginny came after me. She told me Harry broke up with her. She said he never told her why. Ron, well, he's Ron. He started getting drunk and coming home late. One night he stumbled home with Cho Chang, someone I've been friends with before. Before you know it, Ron's mom kicks him out and puts protection spells all over their house. Ron and Harry became Aurors. They haven't seen me since. I haven't seen Harry since the day of the battle. I haven't seen Ron for almost two years. I know they're alive. Ginny occasionally gets letters from Harry but thats about it," She finishes off her story with a sad smile. It took her thirty minutes to explain. I didn't notice her eyes were watering. I guess she didn't notice either because when one rolled down her cheek, she was shocked. I quickly wiped it away with my thumb. She smiled at me.

"Do you still want to move in? I mean, not being desperate or anything, I have an extra bedroom. I use it for other things but I could fix it up for you. I could also use..." But my words were cut off with her pink lips. I'm pretty sure I will never forget this day.

The day she gently grabbed the back of my head and kissed me. The day she said the best words possible "I will, Draco. I want you," She whispered through our lips. She pushed me down on the couch and stopped kissing me.

"We can leave now to get my stuff or you know, we could..." Her voice trailed off as she smirked.

"Let's get your stuff before we do anything crazy," I smile. "And I thought I was the only one who could smirk like that."
