HARRY POV
Knock. Knock. Knock.
"Hello, anybody home? I know someone has to be home," I was at the Burrow. Hermione and Draco had recently gotten engaged and I figured going for Ginny would be better than nothing. I had to get married soon or my family fortune would be wasted. Even if I was in my early twenties, I needed a wife. I could care less about who it would be. Hermione was engaged to Draco and Ron recently got engaged to Cho. I was the odd one out. Ron recently kicked me out of the apartment so I was couch hopping every night.
I met some girl at the Leaky Cauldron a week ago. I was drunk when I met her and now we live together, undevoted to each other but care about each other. Her name is Monica. We've been in a friend with benefits relationship. We see other people and we shag each other at night. No shame.
So as I stood at the Burrow door, I thought about Monica and what we could be together. Monica was a pretty blonde-red headed girl in her mid-twenties. She had these bright green eyes and loved learning new spells. She reminded me of Hermione, of course. I guess I have a type. But she was also obsessed with quidditch. I snapped out of my thoughts and tried to knock one more time.
Knock. Knock. Knock.
