"Until tomorrow guys!", Mirio waved as he stood in front of the dorms entrance, Eri's hand in his.
"Bye-bye!", Eri frantically waved along, smiling brightly at the group who bid their farewell aswell, "Please give the letter to the Principal!"
Midoriya nodded, folded letter in hand, "I'll be on my way!"
And with that they left. The class was silent, but it didn't take a second for the usual loud laughter to reappear. While everyone started to have fun again, the freckled boy looked down at the letter.
"Midoriya?", Uraraka dipped to have a good look at the boys face, "Everything okay?"
A few of his classmates noticed his troubled expression, curious of what's going on.
"...Yeah!", the paper slightly scrunched at his grasp, "I'll be bringing the letter over to the teachers. I'll be right back."
Uraraka followed him slightly towards the front door and stood as he pulled the shoes sole to his, "I- If you say so!...Need company?"
Mina giggled in the background as she leaned on a smirking Jirou.
Midoriya smiled up to her kindly, "No need! I'll be back right away. Need to do my evening training now anyway so I'll jog there",he stood up and grasped after the door handle, "but thank you! Maybe next time", and he took off.
"Ya heard that, 'Chako? Maybe next time!", Mina hollered to her furiously blushing friend.
The wind hushed through his mess of a curled head. Each strand waved like a branch of a green tree and the wind felt like a whisper as it blew into his ears. The only sound were the party-like atmosphere from each dorm he passed, his red shoes quickly deepening themself in the dirt road, his occasional huff and the clicking of the paper when the wind aggressively folded it.
It didn't take him long before the quiet building outstretched itself in front of him. The light didn't do much to the walls outside, because the setting sun had the same shade.
Now...how was he supposed to approach? Is there a bell somewhere so he won't unexpectedly bust in?
The front door suddenly opened and a familiar blonde man with piercing green eyes looked out lazily, waiting for an answer of the boy. Mic looked like shit. From tangled hair down to his baggy eyes.
"What do you want?", he asked melancholically.
Midoriya studdered, "P-Present Mic! How'd you know someone was outside?"
The annoyed male sighed, "We got special scanners and the lounge rings up. What do you want? I'm not in the mood for pleasantries!"
Pleasantries? That's a type of word no one would've expected coming out of Mic.
"Well...Eri and Mirio Togata came to visit earlier and...", he has to mention him, "Eri wrote a letter for-"
"Aizawa...I'll...put it with the rest of his mail", he reached out to Midoriya.
"Ah!", he slightly jogged up the stairs to Yamada, "Thank you!"
Mic mumbled before he forced a strained smile, "No problem, kiddo!"
Hearing any usual nickname he gave the younger was kind of relieving, but that smile said otherwise. It was unsettling. His lips were quivering and his eye twitched as if he hadn't done this in ages, heck, even his whole life.
Before he could close the door, Midoriya spoke up, "Sir!"
Mic stayed still which was followed by him turning back around, "Yes?"
