1.Regarding the suspension, how would you react if you were in her position? What would you have done, would you have done things differently?

3.Regarding being suspended, do you think that she wrote the note because she wanted to stop the attention she was getting from her manager Andrew?
Rumours/Favouritism:
1.With the rumours being spread around the workplace, how would you react if everyone was speaking about you behind your back for example, Elle sleeping with her manager Andrew?
2. Regarding the rumours in the workplace, did she deal with the situation well despite her feelings, was she spurned on to write the note about him?
3. Regarding the favouritism aspect, was her manger Andrew favouriting Elle? Can you name an example of this
favouritism in the workplace, was Elle taking advantage of her manager Andrew favouriting her? Can you name an example of this?
Andrew:
1. How would Andrew her manager dealt with a grievance case against him for sexual harassment?
2. Did Andrew her manager sexually harass Elle? Give examples of what you deem to be sexual harassment.
3. Despite it being in Elle's point of view, how would Andrew react if he heard of Elle's suspension/grievance?
Sexual Harassment/Grievance:
1. Do you think Andrew's actions are defined as sexual harassment? If you think it's sexual harassment, please give examples. If not still give examples.
2. Is the incident at the team leader assessment/engagement day regarded as quid pro quo or hostile work environment? Please discuss
3. If the roles were reversed as Elle as a manager and Andrew as a team member, would he have put a grievance against Elle for sexual harassment? Please discuss.
4. With the rise of the #metoo movement, would Elle put a grievance against Andy for sexually harassment if the #metoo movement didn't exist?
5. In today's society with the allegations against major men in politics/film, would you put a grievance/complaint for lewd inappropriate language/touching? Please discuss.
