Soooo I kinda went and wrote a fanfic for KnB. I've only written the first chapter, which is a bit short tbh. This is my first fanfic that I've actually published somewhere so have a read and tell me what you think. I'll need as much feedback as possible! Don't count on me for updating, it might take a million years XD
Chapter 1
The spring breeze blew through Usami's hair as she walked slowly towards the school gate. This is where her high school journey will begin as soon as she stepped onto the grounds of this school, she thought to herself. Standing in front of the gates, Usami ran her long, thin fingers across the golden letters on the wall beside it. "Seirin High School" it read. It had some sort of ring to it, but she didn't know what.
Looking down at her feet, she noticed a second shadow beside her. Startled, she turned around, only to see a pair of baby blue eyes staring into her nearly-black ones. In panic, Usami jumped back, expecting to hit her head on the wall, but hit a surprisingly soft, small cushion on the back of her head instead.
"My apologies for startling you," said a gentle, but formal voice, "but be careful next time." Opening her eyes slowly, she once again saw the baby blue eyes firmly holding her glance, but this time she saw them properly, on an emotionless face. She opened her mouth to say something, but no words came out. Too late anyway, the mysterious boy had disappeared through the gates, only a tuft of his matching baby blue hair could be seen.
At least it wasn't the girl from The Ring behind me, thought Usami, sighing quietly. Who would've thought she wasn't the only one who came to school so early. Realising she was still standing outside the gates, Usami turned to face the gates, took one big breath and stepped into Seirin High School.
