chapter 10

Jennys POV

tonight was my big date with Q, i still cant believe he actually, like truly really kissed me! it was fantastic. i can now officially say the best feeling in the world is when someone likes you when you thoight you had no chance with them.

the first thing i did was call alice up and tell her about the whole situation. after that was over i just had to get ready.

i put on a brides maids dress that i was to wear at my aunts wedding next year, but hey, why couldnt i wear it now as well. it was a purple boobtube with black sequins around the upper waist area and it was knee length. i put on black heels that were 10cm high and had a buckle over the top for show. i used some dark purple lipstick and curled my hair whilst my fringe was pinned back with bobby pins. i painted my nails black and put on mascara.

i showed a few of my friends and asked if it looked ok, i just had to know. all to do then was wait. wait. and wait.

Q arrived at the door about 20 minutes later, he was wearing a tuxedo and black shoes but his dark hair was still beautifully messy, making him look ever so sexy. i nearly fainted right then and there but however just fell over instead. just as i was about to smash my face into the ground he grabbed my shoulders from underneath and saved me from plummeting to my death.

we went to a nice resturant in a town close to where we lived. it was fantastic, all i cold think about was the week before when he had kissed me. while waiting for our dinner to arrive we talked about some things.

"so, i just saved you from faceplanting eh."
"haha yeah i guess, not that it would make much of a difference my face is pretty gross already, haha" i said with a humorous tone but he didnt take it as a joke.

he cupped my face in his big muscly hands while he spoke.
" dont even joke about that, you are beautiful, inside and out. dont let anyone ever make yopu think differnetly." he said with the most serious face and tone i had ever seen him use.

"you know, your pretty hot yourself you know. so many girls in school would be dying to have dinner with you."
"really? well that still doesnt change anything, the only girl i would want to be here with is you."
"interesting, haha. well, what have you been doing recently?" i said while resting my head on the back of my hands.

"well, last week i went to a party with this amazing girl and asked her out to dinner."
"haha oh really? and how did that work out?"
"well we went to dinner at this cute little restuarant and afterwoods went to the top of a giant hill."
"and what did you do there? hehe"
"well we sat on the bonnet of my car and looked up at the stars."
"seems like something is missing with that story dont you think?"
"well the day before i had bought her a gift and was planning to give it to her then."

just as he said that the waiter came back with our dishes and we began to eat. he had ordered a cheese burger and i a chicken burger. we both took sips of our drink and laughed while doing this. i unwrapped my burger and threw away the Mcdonalds wrapper that was covering it. that was correct. we had gone to Mcdonalds for our big first date.

after we had finished there, sure enough we went to the top of a large hill and we layed on the bonnet of Q's car while looking at the stars. i felt his hand near mine and it grebbed mine, our nfingers interlaced. i looked over at him and smiled, he did the same. although we didnt look away.i stared straight into his bright blue eyes and he into my dark green ones. i couldnt have pictured a better night of i tried. 

he reached his hand into the window of the car and pulled out a box. he opened it and inside was the most beautiful locket i had ever seen in my entire life. it was covered in glorious pattern and a beautiful rose right on the front of it. he grabbed it and put it around my neck. i found his hand again and our fingers interlaced once more.

after around two hours of looking at the stars we got abck in the car and drove home.
