sirens can be heard from a distance .
Jacob : the police are here !
You : let's go .
you looked at Ren for one last time . He was sitting with his back rested against the wall . He looked at you with teary eyes as if his heart broke into pieces .
You turn your back to him and walk ahead out of the dark room .
After you ,Jacob and Liam walked out from Ren's apartment , Liam lost his consciousness .
Jacob : he is too weak ....
you : we have to get him to hospital .
emily and Amelia came running
Amelia : sorry it took us so much time to convince the police to come with us .
Emily : is Liam alright ?
jacob : I don't know , Call the ambulance .
The cops saw you all .
Policeman 1 : What happened here ?
Jacob : we were attacked by a psychopath !
Policeman 2 : He looks seriously injured ! We have to take him to hospital quick .
The policeman carried Liam to the hospital in his car .You , Amelia and Emily went with them .
Policeman 1 : where is the psychopath now ?
Jacob : There .
He points at the apartment .
The police officers along with some neighbours run towards the apartment and enters in Ren's room .
jacob : finally it all ends ...
(Jacob's POV )
The cops entered Ren's room and came out with him . He didn't fight or struggle for once . He quietly came with them .
I looked at him but he kept his head down . But before he was taken away to police station he looked at me for one last time .
Those eyes ....they weren't the eyes of someone who has admitted defeat . I felt chills in my whole body . After that I went to the hospital where Liam was admitted . He was taken into ICU and his condition was critical .....
(y/n) was crying her heart out . I felt so helpless and bad when I saw him in this condition . I quietly walked into the men's bathroom and cried .
the doctors told that they have to perform a critical surgery and his condition is getting worse by the second .
We all waited for 8 hours !
After that the doctors came out and gave us the happy news .
Doctor : Liam's condition is stable now . But he is still very weak as he lost a huge amount of blood but he regained his senses . He needs plenty of rest .It will take him good amount of time to heal completely .
The doctors said that they will keep Liam in ICU for one night under observation if he gets well he will be shifted into regular hospital floor .
(Y/n) is looking horrible , her eyes are puffy and red . I walked towards her and touched her shoulder lightly and gave a smile .
