Swinging through the city was something Gabe liked to do. It made him feel free. It gave him a small piece of New York here in Philadelphia.

A small commotion brought him out of his thoughts. "Robbery in progress. 23rd and Main. Two subjects are fleeing."

"Thank you, Friday." Swinging towards the street names, Gabe finds the two robbers getting in a car. It then speeds off down the street. Being the hero he is, Gabe chases after it, finally catching up to it a street later.

Landing on top of the car with a small thud, it soon begins to swerve all over the road, doing its best to throw the young spiderling off. Due to his wall-crawling ability, he manages to stick to the roof of the car. One of the robbers pulls out a gun and tries to shoot at the masked hero but only nicks him a few times due to his spider-sense. At the Valesquez residence, an eager Freddy Freeman watches the live broadcast of the high-speed chase.

Spiderman was his latest obsession of the month. The first time he caught wind of the claded hero in blue and red in New York, it was from a youtube video he saw some of the boys in his science class watching. He was hooked after that. Now he wondered why the superhero was here in Philadelphia.

He watched with anticipation as Spiderman effortlessly took down the robbers and webbed them to their vehicles so they couldn't escape and then quickly left the scene.

Gabe, on the other hand, would have loved to be in Freddy's position. Not bleeding from the injuries he'd gotten earlier that night, and from the nicks he'd just received from the robbery. Swinging back through the streets, drowsiness began to overtake him, when he gets to his neighborhood, he slows down some. He could feel his body already starting to heal itself.

Climbing up the side of the house was a different and odd sensation for the young vigilante. He'd always sneak in through his apartment window now. In a way, it was the same thing, but it felt different. It felt foreign to him. Sliding open the window, he lets himself fall into his room. Taking off his mask, he lets out a sigh of relief and a small groan. Laying on the ground, he looks up at the ceiling, quickly noticing the glow from a lamp. He didn't have a lamp on...did he?

Looking around, he finds that he is not in his room. He is in someone else and that someone else is none other than his neighbor and classmate, Freddy Freeman. His tired eyes spot the boy who's just staring at him with an open mouth. "I-I...Uh-Uh..." Gabe stammers, not knowing how to handle this situation.

"Your-Your the Spiderman!" Freddy exclaims excitedly. He couldn't believe a superhero had just climbed through his bedroom window.

Thinking fast he does his best at an attempt to lie, "No, no, no, no, I'm not. This is just a costume..."

"You just climbed in through our window!" Billy tells the exhausted superhero.

Stumbling backward, Gabe finds himself on the floor, a thumb sounding throughout the house. His body aching, and his mind was spinning. He needed to clean up his wounds and get out of his suit, but he was too tired to climb out the window and go over to his room. "Boys, are you alright up there?" a voice calls, their foster mother Rosa walks closer to their room.

"You need to hide!" Freddy says in hushed yell. "She can't see you!"

Nodding, he pushes himself up off the floor, and with the new found energy from the adrenaline from being exposed, he climbs up the bunk bed and makes his way to the ceiling, lying horizontally. "I heard a crashing noise."

"I tripped and fell." Billy explains, "Sorry for the scare."

"Okay. Dinner will be ready in a few minutes." She tells them before turning around and heading back downstairs.

Lowering himself back onto the floor, Freddy was the first to start rambling, "That was so cool. Is every part of your body sticky? That robbery you stopped tonight was totally sick!"

"Freddy, why don't we cool it." Billy took one look at Gabe and knew he was overwhelmed. He remember how that felt not even forty minutes ago.

Glancing at Billy and giving him a thank you look Gabe says, "I would so love to stay and chat but I've got to get home and get myself patched up before my Aunt finds me. Please don't tell anyone about this! See you tomorrow at school."

Shooting his webs at both sides of the windows he slingshots himself over to his house. Freddy watches as Gabe crawls up the side of his own house and climbs into his own room. Billy just chuckles at Freddy's facial reaction and leaves their room.

"I live next to a superhero!"
