I ran, hearing right as I stepped foot in the kitchen, "They're not a couple, Mrs. Horan." I walked to Liam and tapped on his shoulder. He looked back at me with fire in hid eyes. "Go wait outside Joy." he said with anger in his voice. I frowned and walked slowly towards the door. He can't know. Tears started forming in my eyes slowly. "I'm sorry, but is Joy in trouble?" Mrs. Horan asked. "No, she's not in trouble." he said, looking at me for a brief second. I looked away, and was close to opening the door. "So, you didn't know?" I heard Mrs. Horan ask. I sighed, and heard Niall's door open upstairs. I looked up, and noticed Niall peeking his head out of his door. He saw me, and started walking down the stairs. I opened the door, and motioned him to follow me. He nodded his head, as he carefully walked down the steps. He froze hearing Liam say, "I didn't know anything about this." His mouth opened in surprise, and I mouthed, "Come on." He slowly and carefully stepped down the last few steps and walked out the door, following me where I was going.
