Continuous Prayers

We all arrived at the hospital parking lot and parked our car. I grabbed Joy and walked as fast as I could into the hospital, asking where Liam was. "He's in room 130. Are you all family?" a nurse asked us. "Yes, we're all family. Could we visit him, please?" I asked. "Go ahead, it's not me who's stopping you." she said. We all ran to the room Liam was staying in. Paul, our bodyguard, was standing outside of room 130, guarding the door. We all walked up to him, and I asked, "Is Liam okay?" "I honestly don't know...They've been running a few tests on him, and I haven't seen him open his eyes yet...Who knows?" he said. I looked at Joy, who was tearing up again. We all sat down on the chairs outside of the room, waiting for the doctor to talk to us about what's going on with Liam. "Niall..." I heard Joy say in a whisper. I looked down and asked, "...Yeah, princess?" She barely spoke, "I'm...I'm really worried about...Liam." I moved the hair that was in her face out of the way and looked into her sorrowful eyes. "I am too-we all are." I said. "No...but, I did this..." she said, as her face got red and tears started to stream down it. I wiped them away and said, "What do you mean?" "I caused all of this. I'm the reason we're in this situation. If I had just not...fought with him...but now he's probably giving his last dying breath, and there's nothing I can do to help him. I can't take back what I did. This is my fault-this is all my fault..." she said, getting up and walking away. I jumped up, about to go after her, when the doctor stopped me by saying, "We've been running a few tests on Liam...and there is a possibility that he won't make it...But, there is also a small possibility that he will live. His right arm and ankle are broken, while there is a bleeding throughout his brain because of how hard the car jerked when the crash happened. So we're beginning with the surgery on his brain, and it's a long and hard process that'll take several hours. Liam has been given some medicine so that he won't wake up during the surgery. He needs all the prayers he can get..." "Thanks for the information, doctor." I said, getting really worried. I guess the doctor saw how worried and upset I was, so he said with a smile, "Don't worry, I'm sure he'll be fine." He walked away in a fast pace, and I walked over to the lads that were praying and crying. With unquestionable quietness in my tone, I told the lads what condition Liam was in. They didn't know what to say. Louis walked away, sobbing in his hands. Zayn kept his head down, praying with his hands above his head. Harry wiped his constant tears away that were continuously streaming down his face. And me...I was watching how upset and worried the lads were, and it made me think about the possibilities and losses of this surgery. My emotions came over me, and I began to cry as well. My knees felt so weak, it was hard for me to stand. I walked nonstop, trying to find Joy. I have to tell her, even if it'll hurt her way more than anything she could dream of. She needs to know what Liam's condition is. She is his sister after all, so she deserves to know.
