17. Charges Pressed

"What seems to be the matter?" Minhyuk's dad glanced at the four bloody boys getting into the police station.

"Nothing much, just that your son raped my sister." Taehyung spoke sarcastically.

"What? This is a police station, you are joking here?"

"He raped, he fucking raped my best friend! Do you think we're joking?!" Jungkook was about to punch the table, but Jimin pulled him behind.

"We are here to file charges against this rapist. He did it multiple times, and since he's not a minor, we want to press on punishments." Jimin spoke.

He knew well how to handle these situations while remaining calm. On the opposite side, Minhyuk was glaring daggers at the four boys.

"No charges can be pressed unless the victim comes."

"What? She's sick and traumatized because of your son. We are filing a lawsuit on her behalf." 

"We can't file a lawsuit. And she's lying, my son doesn't do all those things." Minhyuk's dad raised an eyebrow and spoke in a mocking tone, "If she really is traumatized, why doesn't she come."

"Motherfucking bastard! You fucking have to file a lawsuit against this dumbass rapist son of yours!" Jungkook held the dad by his collar, spitting the words right onto his face.

"You should be under arrest, for assault, and that too on an innocent boy and a policeman." Minhyuk's dad said. He waved his hand and a few policemen came, getting a hold of Jungkook. Jungkook tried to break free, but the policemen were strong.

"You are under arrest, Mr. Jeon Jungkook, and Mr. Kim Taehyung."

"I don't think so, sir." A smooth and serene voice sounded near the door, and everyone in the room turned to see who it was. "We're here to file a case of multiple occasions of rape, blackmail, sexual abuse, and assault." 

"Against who?" The police superintendent's son raised an eyebrow. But Jin and Namjoon kept quiet. They were guarding a fragile figure, and Namjoon moved to reveal Y/N, clad in a summer dress and Namjoon's jacket covering her.

"Against you." 

Jungkook, Taehyung, Jimin and Minhyuk's eyes widened as they saw her.
A woman officer guided her to take a seat and get on with the interrogation.

That part wasn't easy, neither for Y/N nor for Jungkook. He had seen her, weak, fragile and traumatized, and she had to recall all of it and live through it once again. She had to remember all the horrible moments and the nasty things done to her, repeatedly as she lay frozen and quietened.

But she went on. Recalling and telling everything her mind had to offer, crying and shaking in the process. The police officers present and even the superintendent were shocked at the excruciating things Minhyuk had done to her.

She removed the jacket and revealed the bruises, hickeys, and marks planted by Minhyuk all over her skin, back, chest and neck. Jungkook's eyes gleamed with tears as he saw the marks again, and Jimin put a hand on his shoulder to comfort the youngest.

Jin and Namjoon were staring and eyeing every movement of the father and the son, and how Minhyuk's face lost color. Taehyung's grip on the chair on which Y/N was sitting got tighter and his knuckles turned white as he tried to control himself.

"Y/N, you begged for it! You were in love and you wanted love, and you begged me to give it to you! What are you talking about?" Minhyuk said, leaning in towards her face.

"Yes, I begged for it! I begged for it to stop! I never asked you for anything, I was never in love and you did not give me love! You are a monster, a sadistic ass!" You screamed.

There was a sudden silence as she stopped talking. All the people eagerly waited for the next thing to happen.

But when she broke down crying, an officer came up to them. Holding out a pair of handcuffs, he said, "You are under arrest for exploitation, rape, abuse, and sexual assault, not to forget the blackmailing part, Mr Choi Minhyuk."

Y/N and her friends heaved a heavy sigh of relief, happy to be free from the huge burden that had been on their chest.

You got up while Minhyuk looked at his father who sat helplessly.

"I love you, Y/N! You love me too!"

"I don't."

"Please don't do this to me! I know you still love me!"

"I don't" You calmly said.

"I love you, Y/N! Don't do this to me!"

You swore to yourself that you would break his face if you heard him say he loves you one more time--

"I love you, Y/N and you love me too!"

He did it, that's it.

You turned to face him, "Enough!" you screamed.
"I am disgusted! I'm disgusted I ever let you blackmail me to date, I am disgusted by the way you laid your hands on me! It grosses me out when I remember the times you touched me while I cried and screamed!"

You got closer and closer to him, "You really are blind aren't you?! You couldn't see how much I hated it?! How much I wanted it to stop, you sadistic asshole?!" 

"I hope you rot in there you sick moronic son of a bitch! Fuck yourself till you can't anymore!" You screamed, but no one stopped you.

"Y/N, calm down." Jimin began.

"No, Jimin, not now. You don't know what he did to me!"

"You can't do this in a police station, miss!"

"Piss off, bitch. Imma teach this moron a lesson!"

"You think it was love?! Raping me every night was love?! Do you know what I had to go through?! Every time I closed my eyes, I saw your face! I couldn't eat nor sleep, and you call it love?!" You slapped him really hard on the last sentence.

You were breathing heavily, tears streaming down your face when a pair of hands hugged you from behind.

"Y/N, babe, let's go." Jungkook said, and you turned to him. He put his hands on your waist.

"No one is bailing him out, not until he learns his lesson else we're going to the court." Jin said.

"And considering the fact that I'm a lawyer, it won't be much difficult to rip you off your job." Namjoon said, glaring the last time at them.
