With the sound of the bell, I quickened my pace struggling to remember what class I had next on my schedule. A hard stinging slap of realization hit me, I plunged my hand into my bag trying to scoop for my phone, it took a while since my bag had a lot in common with a bottomless hole. Clutching onto my phone tightly I pressed the home button, the screen turned on like a flash of lightning, my attention went upwards towards the time, my eyes widened. The current time was 11:34, one more minute till the bell rings. A couple of seconds goes by, and the alarm goes off like a ticking time bomb.

"Guess that means it's lunchtime, did I actually take that long?..." I muttered to myself quietly as I walked towards the usual lunch spot. At lunch I didn't do much, I know lunch is called lunch so we students can you know? have lunch, but lately my recurring nightmares have really taken a toll, and squashed my appetite. Finally reaching my lunch spot, I go and slump against the nice cool metal lockers. The nice feeling of my metal locker pressed against my back, I could finally relax. So I shut my eyes and relax I did.

~"It's cold...wh-wh-where am I, it's so cold I can see my own damn breath, I'm gonna turn into a goddamn popsicle." Everything is hazy and poorly lit, I have no clue at all as to where the hell I am, I go into panic mode, but I finally realize where I am. Looking around more I confirm the idea of where I am. For crying out loud I'm at my school...but it looked different, I knew it was my school but it wasn't. The lights were constantly flickering, and it was as cold as a freezer, not to mention every sound echoed and bounced off the walls like a nightmarish bouncy castle. In the distance I could hear footsteps...they were heading my way. I scramble away from my spot and bolted down the hall in the opposite direction where I heard the noise coming from. I had to catch my breath so I stopped running and leaned against a wall, I hear the footsteps but this time I heard two sets of feet.

"My, my, my, look what the cat dragged in, is the poor little mouse lost?"

The voice sounded very sing-songy and oozed with confidence, but it also sounded slightly familiar, I poked my head out and tried to listen in more.

"Abner, we really should stop running into each other like this, it's very unprofessional."

"We wouldn't be running into each other like this if you'd quit it and leave me alone you deranged lunatic!"

The more sing-songy figure seemed to be teasing "Abner?" whoever he is.

"Now now Abner you've just awakened, I wanted to see you."

"Why the hell do you keep on calling me Abner!!! my name is...."   ~

My body jolted up into a cold sweat, and in my groggy drunkenness I accidentally slammed my head against the locker, I could already feel a pesky purple bruise forming on my bowling ball of a head. Pulsating pain was going through my body like radio waves, and I had goosebumps all up and down my arms to top it off.
