"Just the Beginning" Chp 2

Uraraka POV:

*BEEP BEEP*

"Ugh" I'm just so tired! I squint my eyes open and turn off my alarm. Sitting up I grown and swing my legs over the side of the bed to stand up.

Going to school is a hassle. Why do we have to wake up so early? I stand up then throw on my school uniform, brush my hair, brush my teeth and slide my shoes on.

On my way out the door I grab my backpack and go to make my way out of my dorm until I noticed the letter I had been given the night before. I wonder what it is, who it's from, why I got it?

I grab the letter and open it carefully to reveal a small paper. I unfold the paper to show neat handwriting written on it.

I read- 

Dear Uraraka,

    Please come the the office after school on Monday 5:00 sharp for we have some very important news to tell you.
                                        - Principal Nezu

Huh? What news is so important? Whatever I'm just exsited to see my friends today! I wonder if my friends get excited to see me in the morning as well? Am I just creepy? Mabye a little.

I giggle as I make my way down the dorms Hall and into the elevator clicking button for the first floor. Right before the elevator door closes I see Mina run my way and just in time gets into the elevator. Her pink hair was a bit messy. She seems out of breath, why was she in a rush?

"Umm mina, are you ok?" I say genuinely concerned

"I'm fine! Just woke up a bit late and have been in a rush all morning. Guess the adrenaline just made me a bit jumpy."

She looks over at me and smiles to tell me everything was ok. The the elevator ride was an awkward silence  after that but fast which was a relief to me.

As soon as the elevator doors open I'm relieved to see Deku and Iida talking. I walk up behind Deku, put my hands on his shoulders and..

"BOO"

He jumps letting out a small squeal. I couldn't help but think that was just so cute. He then turns around to look down at me. I was proud of myself. Iida let out a small giggle as deku smiled.

"How has your morning been so far deku?" I ask sweetly while looking up at him with a smile.

"Well I was doing a pretty good job of not embarrassing myself but you just ruined that for me." He says in a jokingly tone and giggles as I do the same.

The 3 of us walk down the hall to our class. We were the first ones there. We gather in the corner of the room and talk nonsense until I remember the letter.

"Ah, guys I got a letter from principal Nezu and have to go to his office after class. Do you have any idea what it's about?" I ask. I was a little nervous to be completely honest.

"I believe that is not our business." Iida says in a serious tone.

"I don't know Uraraka. Guess I'm no help haha. Make sure to tell us all about it when you find out though!" Deku says.

I smile and Nod before mr. Aizawa walks in and tells us to get in our seats. I didn't even notice everyone else get into the classroom.

Time Skip:

School went by pretty fast. I had just waved goodbye to Iida and Deku before walking into principal Nezu's office. What could it be about? Did I do somthing wrong?

"Ah, Uraraka take a seat." Principal nezu says respectfully.

His office was quite big. His desk towards the back with two seats in front of it and I sat on the left one.

"You're probably wondering why I called you here miss."

"Umm yeah just a little bit. " I say scratching the back of my head while sweating a little.

" I called you in here because I have some very bad news."

Bad news? What happen? I don't think I did anything wrong. I mean I have just been so happy the last few days with all my new friends at UA, what could go bad.

"Your parents have been murdered."
