It's been almost a year now since that Be Quiet Kiss and my dad first moving here. It's been so much fun with him. He's the best.
The kiss still confuses me. Chase is my very best friend. He's smart and loyal, and handsome. Gosh. I've got to stop doing this. Especially in class. One of these day's my teacher's gonna see me day dreaming again and I'm going to be sent to the office. Again. It's not fun there. Boring principal. Mean secretary. It's horrible.
The Avengers aren't as jumpy as they used to be with my dad. It's nice. I don't have to worry about one of them accidentally shooting my dad at the table during breakfast when he raises his arm.
That almost happened. It wasn't pretty.
Let's just say, there were bruises, lots of bruises and a lot of cussing. I wasn't swearing and I didn't have the bruises, but it was still hard to watch.
Life's been pretty good since dad came to earth. I was almost murdered, twice. Which was surprisingly excited. I mean, usually you wouldn't be exciting at the thought of someone trying to kill you, but it was interesting. I got to kick some butt.
