I Promise Chapter 119

No one's P.O.V. : Avengers Tower

Loki wakes up with a groan. Loki's head pounds where the guards punched him repeatedly. The bracelet that restricts him from using his powers stopped him from being able to protect himself and his little girl. His daughter. 

For a moment, he doesn't remember a thing. He doesn't remember Aura getting taken ago. 

Then it hits him. 

He pulls against the restraints, kicking and trying to get the rope off. The duck tape on his mouth restraints him from speaking. 

Bruce wakes up with a groan. He pushes himself up tiredly and looks around. His daughter lay sprawled on the couch, pillow tucked under her arm. He doesn't bother waking her up, not feeling very well and deciding against dealing with a tantrum. 

" Mm! MM! " Loki's yells are muffled against the tape. 

Bruce's eyes widen and he hurries to untie the god. 

" Aura! She took Aura! Luvana took my daughter! " Loki shoots off the chair as everyone starts to wake up and runs for the door after Bruce unties him. He smashes his hand down on the elevator button, begging it to open so he can chase after his daughter and the woman who stole her away from him. 

" Brother! " Thor runs to his brother, holding him back. " Wait! You cannot simply chase after them! After your fight with father, he will throw you in jail if you go up to Asgard! " 

" I cannot just wait around here! I may never get my daughter back! That woman is insane! I need to get Aura back! Now!! " Loki's driving himself insane, just thinking about all the wrong things that are possibly going wrong. Luvana could be doing anything to Aura. He may not have known her very long, but from the time he'd spent with her, he did not want her around to influence his daughter. 

" Loki! Calm down. I know this is hard. We are going to get Aura back. We are going to. Marching up to Asgard, guns blazing, is not the way to go about things. " Tony says softly to the angry, worried man. Tony can't even imagine the pain Loki is going through. If one of his children were taken...gosh, he doesn't even want to imagine that. He can't. He loves his sassy, smart, crazy kids and even though they drive him insane, he wouldn't change them or trade them for anything or anyone. 

Loki glares at everyone, but it son falters into a look of helplessness. " He did this. " His voice is weak and hurt. " He took her away, because he knew it was the only thing that would hurt me! The only way he could get back at me! " Loki glares up at the ceiling. " He took my daughter to get back at me. " He mutters in anger. 

" We'll get her back. " Thor promises. " I have to go to Asgard. " He says to everyone before looking at his brother. " I will have your daughter back here soon. I promise. "
